The sales associates at the store provide amazing customer service. They go above and beyond to make your experience special. They think outside the box and have patience. They are willing to help as much as possible. We purchased a patio table that was assembled and they took it apart and loaded it to our car. The person also had called other stores to see if the product was closer to our home. He had a great attitude and worked hard to ensure that we were taken care of.

The employee Lashonda was awesome at checkout. Bill helped me find the right tool to unclog my toilet! This Home Depot is the Best one I've ever been to!!!!

I always find the most knowledgeable and ready to assist employees at Home Depot. Makes it easy for me to find what I need.

We wanted to do a few home renovations and spoke with several associates who are specialized in the different areas of our renovation projects. They were all very knowledgeable and were very patient to explain everything that we need to consider in each of our projects. Will definitely use Home Depot again in future needs.

Every time I've been to this location they are extremely helpful, from laying tile myself, to getting help measuring and cutting lumbar. As a woman, taking on home projects can be intimidating, but this store makes me feel competent.

from the time I entered the store I was greeted by a very friendly associate that assisted me to the location I needed. when i went into the hardware department i was greeted by another knowledgeable associated that was interested in helping me. His name Ryan B, he took the time to understand my project and assisted me in finding the appropriate hardware needed to complete my project.

I went in looking for sliding door lock and the employee that helped me new every thing I needed to know

Clean and easy to find products. If you can't find what you are looking for there is a staff member in every isle to help and they always know the isle number!!

Store is full of associates but are unwilling to help because they were talking and joking with each other in the aisles.

I went in with just a picture of what I wanted to make. Met a young lady behind the counter and wish I had gotten her name. She was like my "personal shopper". She then introduced me to Gill who pretty much did my "do-it - yourself" project for me. lol. He made it so easy for me. I couldn't be happier and will be back for more products.

AS I ENTERED THE STORE I WAS GREETED WITH A SMILE AND THE CHECK-OUT PERSON WAS QUICK TO ACKNOWLEDGE ME. I HANDED HER MY PRINT-OUT OF THE ITEM I WAS THERE TO PICK-UP. SHE TOOK MY PRINT OUT AND LOCATED MY ITEM TO PICK UP IMMEDIATELY. AN EMPLOYEE CARRIED ITEM TO MY PICK UP. MY EXPERIENCE WITH HOME DEPOT WAS KIND, FAST AND SIMPLE.

I needed a new front entry door for my home. The associate in Millwork showed me many options and helped me choose an appropriate replacement. I was very relieved to find out I only needed to replace the door itself, not the whole frame or lockset. After it was measured, I was able to place the order over the phone. I was impressed that the department manager (Janinne) personally called me to confirm the order & thank me for the purchase. The door came in 10 days later & was installed promptly and looks great!

Home Depot in Gilbert Arizona is a great place to shop while in the Phoenix Valley. Friendly service and genuine caring to help you meet your home shopping needs. We always seem to end up there getting what we want for our home in the sunny south.

I love to shop at Home Depot. I have been coming to "This" Home Depot for over 15+ years and before this store the one near the 101. I have always received good service and good products. I am a Vet and a Senior Citizen and have recommended this store to others. I feel I have been dedicated customer and can't understand why I have never won. I have my dream backyard waiting for me at your store.

Believe it or not, I have a riot in Home Depot. Just seeing all the new items in the Patio and I Dream of some of the items in my backyard. See new paint scheme and look at the books of ideas of colors. I buy my house cleaning products from Home Depot. Fan and hanging lights for kitchen and patio are really different. They have lumber that is more straight and don't have to dig for the good ones. Tools all I can do is dream about the new and lighter tools that women can use and you new Eco yard tools, but the price is out f my reach, but maybe not yours. Bathroom, windows, kitchen, drapery and window coverings, carpet, tiles above and beyond quality. Piping, tubing sprinklers, wiring, fans, Air-Conditioning Units are nice and reasonable, all reasons are awesome, but the two favorites is the Garden area which I could spend a lot of time in and of course my Patio area.

This store has got it all figured out. The dimension lumber is in good shape, not a pile of twisted material to dig through, lots of help available to aid in loading up my order, I get greeted warmly at the door, and the best part has got to be Dawayne back in the cabinet department. I thought I was pretty creative in figuring out a good kitchen and bath layout but this guys goes way beyond. He has some clever ideas and real ability on his CAD program to put those ideas into a clearly understandable picture.

Associate Gill in Paint department in Gilbert (Val Vista location) took my 5 year old son and had him help make/mix the paint, had him push the buttons, watch the color process, mixing, etc and was very hands on with also explaining the process. My son was so excited that is all he talked about on the car ride home was how "cool" that was and how awesome Associate Gill was for letting him do that! Associate Gill really puts customer service back on the map and he should be commended for his great customer service!!!

Paint staff were very helpful and friendly. Brian was awesome!

The store experience starts very well with an elderly gentleman greeter who is very pleasant and helpful directing me to the stuff I wanted he also speaks loud and slowly enough for me to hear as I'm kind of deaf. My cashier Trent was also very nice.

We shop at Home Depot and 99% you have what we are looking for. Been Shopping at this Home Depot for 15 years give or take. I take the survey's hopping I'll win before I kick the bucket. Good Stuff and good employees.

I had an order that was fairly small and simple (five electrical parts, all the same). They were behind the counter, ready to go with my name on them and I had to wait for the associate to do all her chit-chatting, wander around behind the counter and spend way too much time at the computer terminal looking a little confused. The whole point of ordering online was to be able to show up, get my stuff and go. I easily could have grabbed my items off the shelf and gone through checkout in less time that it took to wait around at the counter for my order.

I was helped by David Escalante (I think that is his last name) in the gardening department. I was very very satisfied with his service he went above and beyond with the quality of service, courtesy, information, helpfulness and attention. I am installing pavers in my back yard and honestly had no clue what to do. He gave me very useful information. I was with my 2 year old daughter which can be very needy so he realized i needed help loading 30 bags of paver sand which were quite heavy. He helped me load the bags onto the shopping cart and also all the way to my car which was parked on the opposite side of the parking lot. I know this might be part of what is expected of employees but his excellent demeanor and positive and willing attitude set him apart. I have been a customer of yours for many years and always choose Home Depot over Lowes or the rest of the competition. But this time i was very grateful and impressed with his service. I wanted to say thank you.
