HELPFUL EMPLOYEES OVER THE PHONE AND ON LOCATION. I CAN ALWAYS COUNT ON AN EMPLOYEE TO HELP ANSWER MY QUESTIONS AND SHOW ME WHAT I NEED FOR MY PROJECTS.

I CAN ALWAYS FIND WHAT I NEED AT THIS STORE. THE EMPLOYEES ARE ALWAYS HELPFUL AND GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP ME BE SUCCESSFUL AT MY PROJECTS.

Store manager Marquc was so accommodating and helpful!

Great staff and quality merchandise at a competitive price. I built a storage shed with all home depot products and I continually get compliments on the quality structure of the shed.

I'm new to AZ and it took shopping at 5 different home depots to have an associate help me and follow through from start to finish to purchase water softener and garage door opener. My sales/ customer service associate was Jacob Hayes. This young man was amazing with follow through. If he didn't know the answer to something he investigated until he had answer. Jacob should be recognized for his knowledge, caring and communication skills. He is an asset to your store. I will definately continue shopping at this location even though not a convenient location because of Jacob Hayes. He Is outstanding!!

This store is well laid out, and always neat and clean. The associates are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

The employees are knowledgeable and very helpful. On numerous occasions I had to load my truck with various materials such as sheetrock, bexkerboard, lumber, Tile, cement ..... I was helped by the staff, many times without asking. Especially helpful ia Kent at the Gilbert location. He has gone above the call of duty to assist me with my purchases.

The employees at this store are awesome. They all treated me with great respect and were more than willing to help me with questions and with loading my vehicle. I would highly recommend this store!!

Much larger selection of what I needed. Store was neat and orderly. Debra was a very pleasant and helpful cashier, and Mark, the manager, assisted with a special request I had needed assistance with. I live in South Chandler and now will only go to this Home Depot in Gilbert.

Go see the best pro Cashiers in the state!!!! CHRISTINE and JONI are rock stars!!!! They keep me shopping at this store say hi and even keep a running count of how many times I'm in a day normally about 5 times a day 6 days a week lol This may not be the biggest in the state but they make it the friendliest. If you want great customer services go see them and the rest of the great staff at 0471 Because of them we make it a point to run all our pro orders through 0471 Thanks for the great customer services

This is a great Home Depot for the everyone. Im a contractor and do a lot of work with the pro desk and they are all on top of there game doing what ever they can to make my trips fast and friendly. The store is staffed with great people who are happy to help with any project big or small. This store is not as busy as some of the bigger one but it is well staffed with knowledgeable associates to help you get your job done whether you are a Pro or First time DIY'er or a Homeowner, On check out be sure to see CASHIER CHRISTINE and CASHIER JONI. They will always great you with a big smile, and are super fast and friendly on check out. There are closer home depots to the job site but we are glad to put a few more miles on the trucks to go to 471 for the great services.

Have shopped here for years. Staff is always polite and friendly. Paint area was busy but I was quickly helped.

The store has everything you need for a small, medium or large project. Prices are good and employees even though there are a few are friendly and eager to help out.

This store was very clean and well organized . I found the item I was looking for. I did have to ask were the item I was looking for was located in the store. I was told were in the store the item was located . The associates are always friendly and helpful .

Bobby in lumber was very helpful. His knowledge and expertise helped me with my project. Not mention he helped me cut a piece of MDF with minimal waste. I really appreciate the time he took to help me.
