Checkout was hard at first until I got some help from a cashier shawna c. she was very helpful and friendly, her personality was everything.

I have visited the Glen Burnie store 3 times in the past month. 2/3 times I had my elderly mother and 2 daughters under the age of 3 with me. Visiting a home improvement store as a young female alone is intimidating but when you have little ones accompanying you well lets just say the intimidation factor doubles. Thinking...are these people really going to take me seriously I am a woman and to boot I am trying to find home building supplies with my 2 kids and mom in tow. At every visit there have been associates that were willing to help me and boost my confidence. They were non judgmental and in fact impressed at what I was hoping to build. Charles on 2 occasions helped me cut electrical conduit and was a pleasure to work with. He was polite, helpful and displayed a contagious love for what he was doing. Jason on one occasion also helped me cut lumbar and find supplies. He was also very helpful and offered tips and suggestions I would have never thought of. Thank you so much for choosing employees that love what they do. It really made my experience. I have been to the Annapolis Home Depot too but they don't hold a candle to the employees you have in Glen Burnie.

The gentleman in window treatments was wonderful. He has a background in installing window treatments so he knew what he was talking about. This was the third store I'd visited and I went there not knowing if I was ready to make a purchase but after talking with Bill, I had all my questions answered and was ready to move ahead.

This has alway been my favorite home depot. The staff here is second to none. If i struggle to reach something, there's someone to help. If I look confused, there's someone there asking if they can help. Cashiers are always helpful and pleasant. These guys (and gals) really make this store great. Thank you.

This store was clean and very organized. The associates are very knowledgeable and helpful. there are stores closer to me but i always go to the Glenn Burnie location.

THE PRO DESK IS GREAT TO WORK WITH. WE ARE AN INVESTMENT AND MANAGEMENT COMPANY AND THE PROPERTIES ARE LOCATED IN BALTIMORE BUT COME TO THIS STORE BECAUSE OF THE PRO DESK STAFF!!!

This store has been a go-to supplier for all my improvement needs for 12 years now. Today however, was an exceptionally more pleasing experience. Though I have always had good customer experiences with this particular store location, I had previously not had this level of service. I was a little surprised when I was asked by an Associate by the name of Jake Kroenberger, if I need any assistance loading my items in my vehicle. I respectfully declined but was surprised that I was not profiled as a customer who did not need carryout/loading assistance, as I only had a few heavy items. He also mentioned, that should I need help, ask him or another available associate to assist. This follow up statement is a highly overlooked customer appreciation statement. By asking me this, he let myself, the customer, know that even though I initially declined assistance, that should I need it, I wouldn't be turned away or annoy the associate(s). This means a great deal to me as I have worked the customer service field for 16 years, initially under my parents jewelry business, later on my own. Jake is the kind of associate that if put into management could give Home Depot a superior and overwhelming edge in the customer service department over Home Depot's competitors, such as Lowe's. As the Senior Executive of DragonBlaze Rising Jewelry, (inc. pending), I highly emplore you to promote this associate to a higher position, preferrably managerment. Young lady made my day completely come around..she was helpful and very enthusiastic to help me,and it didn't seem forced.

Associates were friendly and greeted me in different sections. Found the item on the shelf at the price indicated online prior to arriving at the store.

We frequent this store multiple times a week when doing a home project... associates are knowledgable and helpful. Always very friendly. The store is also inspiring for new project ideas!

The store associates were very kind and helpful both when looking for materials and with check out issues, My only issues was that on a sunday at noon only one cashier was working and the lines were very long, i prefer not to use self checkout but in occasions like this i have to, the 3 associates who stand around the self checkout counters can open one or two registers also in my opinion, I don't get paid to ring myself out at a store i expect that service to be provide to me in a kind and timely manner, apart from the lines however the associates were a huge help, the store was as clean as a hardware store should be, and i found all of my items, My only other issues was that two sheets of corrugated plastic were marked at $13.59 each but rang for $22.91 each, i could not afford them at the time and had to have them taken back due to the pricing error

I was very happy with the store associates; especially in the paint department. They were quick and very helpful!

As always, I have a great experience shopping at this store. I find the store associates to be product knowledgeable and very helpful, the merchandise prices are reasonable and the quality of the merchandise is high. I love the mobile application that alerts me to deals and promotions. Thus far, I have never been disappointed with my shopping experiences.

I shop at The Glen Burnie Home Depot 3 to 5 days a week. The associates there go out of their way to help me find what i am looking for. Never pointing or brushing me off. They always walk me to the isle or item i am in search of.

The gentleman/associate in the hand-held tool department was very helpful and to top it off the cashier was friendly...just very kind.

Everything was GREAT!!!!! So I had a FANTASTIC TIME!!!!

Customer service was excellent.. The associates at the service desk were friendly and very eager to help point me in the right direction so that I could find what I came for. I was able to make my purchase and then be on my way to spend quality time with my grandchildren .. I'm a very happy customer
