I was greeted upon entering the store and most associates were friendly and helpful, I did have to wait on an associate in lighting, but once found, was more than helpful pulling product from top shelves.

No hassle return item even online orders. Just bring receipt!

Not all colors of the model I wanted was in stock but I got really great assistance from the associate. It is a bit of a bummer that I have to wait 3 or 4 days for the color of dishwasher I wanted to come in, but I also understand it is hard to keep them all in stock. I'd rather wait a few days and get a quality item and exactly the one I want, rather than to spend several hours store hopping and still not find it. Overall I much prefer Home Depot to any of the other big box stores.

Tom in Plumbing has the know how AND is able to convey his knowledge in a way that the do it yourselfer can execute. He provided a layout of my project on the floor, in store demos, and answered all my questions. Well done!

Nick was great in assisting us in purchasing a new front door for our new home. The process was quite quick and he guided us through the entire process. The experience was quite positive and he was very knowledgeable.

Jodi Davis helped solve a back-order mystery with a freezer that was in-stock. She cancelled the old order and we re-ordered the same item and it was delivered within a week. She knows her stuff, is a great problem solver, is an amazing multi-tasker, and is a nice person as well!

I ordered a grill online, and had it assembled and delivered at no charge by very friendly staff. Returns are never a problem. Ordering online and picking up at the store is so convenient. Text reminders are helpful.

The people working there seem to enjoy it. Employees well-versed in their particular areas. Always able to find what I am looking for.

The regulator died on my very old grill. I was able to assemble plumbing fittings to adapt a new replacement regulator to my elderly grill. Thanks for having what I needed.

I specifically drive past 2 other Home Depots to this store because it's far less busy than other locations and there is an abundance of help at this location. I seem to get in and out faster than any other Home Depot I've ever been in during the last 15 years.

I found a good variety of products when I shopped at the store.

I wasn't exactly sure which type of window covering I wanted: Roman shade, curtain or blinds, since my window was not a standard size and I learned from the sales associate that I would have to special order something which could take up to 3 weeks to arrive. The sales associate was very patient with my indecisiveness. He actually gave me some great advice as to which product would give me the best bang for my money and would fit with my decor. I love my special order wooden shutters and they arrived in less than three weeks. If I need to order any window coverings in the future, I would go back to the Golden store and request the same fella.

Nic in appliances was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and efficient during two visits to the store -- one to do research and the other to make a purchase. I also find the website very easy to use and informative; it's been instrumental in my kitchen remodel project.

Appreciate the service rendered by the head lady in the paint department. She was quite helpful and accommodated my needs in the purchase of 40 gallons of stain. This was my second purchase, after purchasing 30 gallons earlier. This purchased required lead time to meet my demands and she was there and on top of getting the necessary stain prepared and ready for pickup.

We had bought way too many products for our project and this store made returning the excess fast and easy.

I never write reviews but I decided the cashier I had today deserved to be recognized! I believe her name was Charlotte. She was so kind, knowledgable and approachable. I frequent this Home Depot often and I have had her before and every single time she goes above and beyond to be friendly and helpful!!! I truly wish more cashiers were like her. Honestly customer service has gone down hill but she was above par. You are lucky to have such a great person working out Home Depot and its people like her that will make me keep coming back!!!

Home Depot has competition (Lowes) very close. I receive such good service from my local Home Depot I have no desire to go anywhere else for home products. In the past I have purchased appliances, area rugs, garden supplies, and many household supplies like trash bags, light bulbs, and cleaning supplies. I love, love, love the availability of all the products that I need. Whether I have questions about an appliance purchase, or lawn and garden advice, I am always impressed by employees knowledge and eagerness to assist in my purchases.

I searched several sources for floor tile in Lakewood . The Home Depot operation was outstanding because the Dept. Supervisor really new products and helped me to improve my design ! The product choices were way beyond any other sources that I had researched ! Amazing! The inspection of the installation site was done by a state of the art accuracy Well done ! Pricing was excellent . This experience with Home Depot made my day!!

Nick helped us design a special order front door. His knowledge and helpfulness made the experience pleasant and seamless. Tania helped us with the purchase and the various specials and discounts we were able to take advantage of. Nice to get a perk from time-to-time when making a major purchase.

I had been in a week prior to my most recent visit looking at the house plants and i had my eye on a specific one but i didn't purchase it at that time. I returned only to find the section rearranged, but the plant i wanted still there and still watered and cared for. Then while using the self checkout, my plant wouldn't scan, but right away a very friendly and helpful woman had me quickly on my way. Great store for so many reasons

I came into Home Depot to buy plants for my classroom and Kollin, the gardener, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when giving me advice on what plants I should buy and how to take care of them. He did a great job potting my plants as well. Great experience in the Home Depot garden department thanks to Kollin!

Our experience was enhanced by the willingness of sales associate Nick Bauer to go the extra mile to make sure that we were completely satisfied with our refrigerator purchase. Nick actually came to our home and measured our cabinet space to make sure that the unit we had selected would fit into the available space. Because of Nick's extra effort on our behalf we will definitely be back to The Home Depot! Thanks again Nick!

I was in a hurry-on my lunch hour. I knew exactly what I needed to get and was directed to it. I needed rolls of insulation so needed assistance with a cart. An associate was very helpful, the checkout lady was very sweet and thanked me for my husband serving 20 years as a Marine. Thanks to Home Depot for the Military Discount! I made it back to work within an hour.
