Per my longer review, Andy and his staff at the Grafton store are the best ever--always helping me find the right things, making the experience from searching for product to checking out and loading a great shopping experience! On this trip, I would especially like to compliment Carol G/Gardening, who helped me all over the store, Chris/Electrical, the consummate electrical expert, Christina at the Pro Desk, Lu,Pro Cashier, and Mike who generously helped me load my car!

Clean store and helpful staff! We enjoy going to this Home Depot!

It was clean and it had all Philps hue lighting you could want

All the employees are eager to help. The store is clean and well stocked and loading of bulky items is fairly easy.

Frequently shop here, and generally it's good or great. One gripe is that it is usually difficult to find employees to cut lumber. But once they're located, they're great.

I went to Home Depot to purchase carpet for 3 rooms in my home. After deciding to purchase, I arrange a measure. The employee that measured was friendly and efficient. I went to day to finalize the order. I had an extremely knowledge and answered any questions I had. Very friendly. I am not getting carpet for a few weeks but feel very confident that the excellent service will continue.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The store also has a great selection of large appliances on the floor. All our appliances are older and will need to be replaced, so we appreciated the chance to browse at Home Depot. It was very helpful to be able to see a wide variety of current models and the features that are available. I'll be back to buy those appliances at this store!

I went in for several different 4 X 8 pieces of lumber, 4 X 4 posts, screws & hardware. Arianne approached me twice to answer questions and help as I loaded my cart. Arianne also showed up to cut some of my lumber as I wished. Arianne was extremely helpful and that is refreshing to find in a 'big box' store!

Store personal was very helpful and friendly. Store was clean.

Our associate met with us on three occasions prior to our final cabinet purchase and was vey knowledgeable/patient. Our challenge was that existing cabinets are very old and we have soffits running throughout the kitchen above all cabinets that cannot be moved. Our salesperson had solutions!

Was looking for a person to help me out took about 15 minutes. Yet when I got the help it went well with placing my order for Cellular Blinds. The employee was kind, patience and if he didn't have a answer for one of our question he asked another employee...wonderful employee! We placed the order and now we are waiting for them to come in. The only thing we could not get was the "black-out blinds," according to what was told to us is the company LVCELL didn't make them in the color we choosed...bummer! So we went the next step with some light let in.

If everyone had Dorothea's personality the world would be such a wonderful place! She assisted us from the moment we walked in - until we walked out - thank you so much!!!!!

Kim in electrical & Maria in returns made an exchange for and item whose finish did not match its counterpart extremely easy. Both were very helpful and went above and beyond. Great customer service ladies! Thank you.

Ashley, customer service cashier, was knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. She was also patiently training a new associate while I was there. Great addition to your staff!

My wife and I went in for an appointment to design a Kitchen cabinet layout, scheduled for 2:30 pm on February 20, 2016. The store associate who assisted us was on time, polite and didn't try to rush us through. He explained everything available to us, including several price options, as he was obviously very knowledgeable about the products he represented. When we had made our choices, he wrote up our order with a smile. Then he noticed we had a long list of items from several other departments throughout the store. He asked if he could assist us with ordering those items; even walking us around the store to be sure we had everything correct. In less than 2 hours we had completed a task we thought would take all day. We just happen to own a service business nearby the Grafton Home Depot, so we recognize outstanding customer service when we see it!! This Kitchen Designer amazed us and we hope that he is appreciated by those in management at this store!

Love that I can bring my therapy-dog-in-training to the store and the staff are so cooperative and friendly with him and me.

Overall shopping at this store was very pleasant, will make my go to store for future purchases.
