I would like to thank Wanda and Linda for their professionalism and knowledge in helping me solve the situation at HD, they did a fantastic job in all aspects of customer service I received at the Home Depot.

Very seldom to experience exceptional service in todays world, but while at Home Depot an associate offered up assistance without being asked and went above and beyond to help me. Thank You!

the quality of the lumber is always good and I like its placement in the store.

The sales person MMM642 was very knowledgeable about the appliances. We had to order it online. She explained how it would be delivered and when.She also set me up with a Home Depot credit card.It was a very enjoyable experience.

At some point during my shopping trip I dropped my debit card from my purse...probably while a kiddo was digging in there. Anyhow an associate found it and locked it in their vault immediately. Then going above the call of duty they went to the register and was telling the other associated to be on the look out for someone with my name. As I began the check out process the associate asked what my name was and that was it. They explained they had found my card. This was HUGE for 3 reasons...obviously the safety of my card and security, but more importantly I don't live near HD and they saved me a trip back to town to pick up my card, also the inconvenience of dragging 2 young kiddos from store to store trying to figure out where I could have possible dropped my card. THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! Way to hire some awesome staff with integrity and aren't afraid to put forth the extra effort. I always enjoy shopping in your store!

The service provided by the associate Regina was outstanding. She gave the best servise have ever received in the store.

easy to find products, sales associates where very helpful and the store was very clean

I entered this store for the first time interested in ordering a window blind. The associate was very helpful in letting me check out the book showing the options, colors, etc. When I returned it I was ready to order. Another associate actually ordered it for me, it arrived at my home nine days later and my husband installed it. I love the way it looks and what it does for the room.

Customer Service and Doors/Millwork were awesome to work with when I needed to return a door that the door vendor (not Home Depot) had shipped incorrectly. Both departments were professional, friendly, and made themselves available to assist my needs. They resolved my problem and I will be happy to return to the Grand Island store and hopefully work with them again. The store overall looked bright, clean, and organized, and the Christmas music was on point with this time of the year.

I was skied by my wife to purchase a specialty paint for a bathroom we are remodeling. I had gone in the other day, asked the associate who was working the paint counter about it, he tried to help, but acknowledged that he had never done that type of paint before. Later when I showed my wife what I had purchased, she told me that I had purchased the wrong thing. I brought back the wrong paint, explained the situation to Lori, who also works in the paint dept. She understood the situation, knew exactly which paint I needed, and even gave a discount due tot the fact I had to come back. Lori went above and beyond what I expected.

They asked if I found what I needed. The employees also told me how to fix the supply the line.

We came from Kearney in search of backsplash materials, and there were two gentlemen who went far above and beyond to help us find what we needed. Great job!!!

All the night shift associates are always on point in helping out. I do most of my contractor shopping in the evening and no matter how much stuff I purchase, all the associates are willing to help in obtaining and loading. Easiest shopping I do by far!

Good experience! Paperwork was lost, but the associate was very courteous and mindful of my time.

The sales associates were able to help me determine what we neededed. They explained the differences in the product choices. The checkout lady was friendly. Good selection on washers and dryers.

We went in to the store late in the day, store was cleaned, organized and no clutter. Associates were smiling and laughing even after the crazy day. Check out fast and our rep that assisted a security tag removal again was very friend. Nice job HD Grand Island, NE....you stand out for service!

The store was clean even though they were setting stuff up from Black Friday. All associates were knowledgeable about where products were in the store and we were able to check out quickly.

Clean store with friendly associates. Im two hours from the nearest Home Depot, so I use the Home Depot mobile app to check on items availability before driving all the way out there. Friendly associates help me find what I'm looking for. Thanks

The paint department was very helpful in helping to pick out colors for the outside of my home. When there was an error the store immediately made it right without any hassles.

Trying to help with daughter's remodel of kitchen and David, the associate who helped us was amazing!

I had help almost instantly when I started looking at wood. The associate was great .... he cut the board especially needed for my project, found me a couple bargain pieces of wood to work with another project I was working on, and then even helped me out to the car because of the high winds that day!!

store was not packed with people yet was unable to find an associate to help me find anything, nor did anyone ask me to help

Enjoyed shopping here and my visit with the gentlemen that helped me. I was able to get all my project supplies.
