good people + good product + fair pricing = great store.

Wanted an oak 6 panel interior door, but would have to be ordered. Delay would be 3 weeks. Bought the pine that was in stock, but not what I really wanted.

Very friendly and kind employees always doing their best. The store is clean and I can find the products easily.

Don West in the mill department is a very helpful man. He is the sole reason we purchased our exterior door from Home Depot.

When you have health problems and are pushing a family member in a wheel chair, it helps to have the assistance of thoughtful, kind employees. Thankfully, #1513 Grand Junction has really great people. We want you to know how much we appreciate all of you!

Dori in in the kitchen cabinet department was very helpful because of her product knowledge. She has excellent customer service skills.

Very easy way to arrange professional installation of a 50 Gallon hot water heater. It took about 5 hours from the time I first made the online request until the end of the installation. Everything that needed to be replaced was, but nothing extra.

Very friendly & helpful staff. They helped me to find products that fit within my budget. Mike in flooring explained the different types of flooring & created 2 estimates for me. He helped me pick out tile that matched a back splash. He knew the inventory well enough to be able to go right to the product & not waste any of my time. I found everyone helpful throughout the store. I definitely will go again.

This is a really great store, always has what I need in stock. The people are always friendly & helpful and there is always someone you can find to ask questions and get recommendations about your project or item you are looking for. The store is always well stocked and neat.

Customer service was excellent, the only thing that needs addressing is the checkout. The cashiers were very nice and very apologetic the system itself needs an update. Fix the software. Your people are wonderful, they don’t need to try to apologize for corporates problems. It lends itself to morale issues. There is a great staff at this store, please don’t make their jobs harder.

Customer service person Miranda was awesome

Great staff in this store! They are helpful, understand what you are looking for and, usually, it is in stock. They are not fazed by whatever odd tool or bulb or size screw you are looking for. They take pride in helping you find it. Returns couldn't be easier. Just a great experience all around for a customer.

I really like the store and think the customer service and assistance is for the most part very good. There are a few things in the store I think could be worked on like the labeling on certain items. Overall, it is usually a nice experience to shop there!
