I was so pleased withe the employee that assisted me with my shopping today.

Normally I have no problems when I come into your store, however today was a bit different...after asking for assistance from 3 different employees and being pointed in 3 different directions and having no luck locating the item I was about to leave, but then I asked a young man named Phillip who just happen to be working at the time and he had me write it down and not only did he actually drop what he was doing and go directly to the proper location of the item but he also helped me figure out what I needed! So Please give him recognition he was so kind and so very helpful it really made my day because I was about to leave frustrated and he made my experience at your store and my day so much better!

Always find what we want went we go and prices seem lower then other stores we checked out.

The associates at this store are absolutely fantastic!!! Once you ask for their help, you are only minutes away from getting what you want and starting your project.

The store keeps getting more and more pallets of different items put in middle of isle ways that are making it difficult to get around in the store. Especially up front in the main isle that goes by all the register stations. Starting feel more like a Walmart than a Home Depot... Also more often than not there is only the two registers ever open to take care of customers checking out. Not including the self check out stations of which if completely disagree with. If they are going to use those in place of paying someone to tend an actual register then I believe there should be some sort of discount for checking myself out... You can go to Lowes and they always have at least two registers open but generally they have 3-4 during peak times. I see no reason why Home Depot can not do the same...

This store has the best customer service of any Home Depot store I have visited. Polite, courteous employees who are very knowledgeable of their products. I often shop the "other" home improvement stores because I find the service to be far better than that found at Home Depot, however this store has been the exception--great staff who care about their customers. I would highly recommend this store for all your home improvement needs.

The store was rearranging for fall so displays were blocking the aisles and it was a bit confusing to stand in line in the front. But otherwise the store was clean and everyone was super helpful. The guys at the paint counter were very knowledgeable and although they were very busy, they helped all customers with a smile. I'll definitely shop here again, especially with the online order and pickup.

Every Home Depot employee on the floor knows where the items customers want and go out of their way to assist....I don't have to ask for help..they ask me if they can help. That's exceptional!

This is the only Home Depot in the city. It's well-kept and has friendly staff.

This store is always nice and clean and there is always help in there to help you when you need it . They are all extremely accommodating and knowledgeable about the products in Home Depot. We always have shopped at Home Depot for years and will continue to do so.

If you need help, you'll get it. The Special Services Department has been an invaluable help with my current project.

I have avoided shopping at Home Depot in the past because of lines at the checkouts. This time I was forced to use the self checkout. I hate the damned things. I'll just shop elsewhere if at all possible.

The cashier Nannette was extremely nice and very friendly.

This store is well stocked and clean, however, if you don't know what you want make sure you have lots of time. Finding help is near impossible if you aren't at the cashier area. Prices are about the same as other hardware stores, however, watch out for their installation fees! They were 4 times higher than most other contractors in town when I needed a cooler installed.

Had everything I needed, and I didn't have to search the store to find someone to help me.

The associates at the pro desk are very helpful and knowledgable.

We needed fencing products which included 80 lb bags of concrete. Jenny helped us find the things we needed and loaded them on our trailer.

The electrical dept was exceptional more time than not I find where customers have put electrical components back in the wrong place not in this store it appears someone is reorganizing the shelves.

Paint department employee definitely had the expertise with exterior stains that I was considering. Made my choice of exterior stain with his willing assistance regarding brands, types, and color. Appreciate it!

Ample available parking, carts available, merchandise was easy to find, the prices were clearly marked. Sufficient check-out options to avoid waiting to check out. In general it was convenient and efficient.

Not sure if there is no room in the back or what but every area of the store is packed with overflow items making it a mess to traverse around while shopping. Stacks of trash cans, BBQ's, charcoal in the center aisle near the light bulbs, almost the entire length. A huge area of the redwood lumber was blocked by pallets of cardboard boxes, at least 6 pallets blocking access, why? They were totally out of 2x6x8 redwood lumber... I was able to get these down the street at Lowes though. They should expand or re-evaluate what they do with the stock on hand.

ADAQUATE STOCK ON ALL SALE ITEMS. SALE PRICES WERE POSTED ABOVE THE BINS. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT ASSOCIATES WERE VERY HELPFUL AND ANSWERED ALL QUESTIONS ABOUT THE PRODUCTS THAT I WAS INTERESTED IN.

This store is convenient to most other places I visit or shop when I'm in Grand Junction. Associates are usually helpful and know where things are located and can usually answer my questions. The lumber section is an exception, though. My experience in this department has not always been so good. The associates there are often busy with other customers or stocking the lumber shelves. Supplies are not always good in some areas of this department and locations of items are hard to find. In the rest of the store I generally get good help.
