The Appliance Specialist was very knowledgeable about all the washers and dryers in store and even the ones online! I was very impressed! The store has limed display items- however she knew everything that was available online. She also did a few quick price check matches- nothing was lower! Plus free delivery and set-up!

We frequent this store location, and have always had a good experience with them. Someone has always been available to help us, and they are always friendly. We have been remodeling our house, and they have made it a lot easier for us then it could be. Thank you!!

Went to the store in the middle of black Friday and I was able to get 3 baskets full of stuff for less than 1000. They totally packed my car for me and were so polite. Awesome service.

Lynn in the lumber department was extremely helpful and patient. He was knowledgeable and patient in helping me figure out what type of wood to use and how to put together my project. He even stuck around for a couple of extra minutes at the end of his shift to help and ensured that Chris was available to help my finish and get what I needed cut. Chris was then very helpful and patient in cutting the lumber that I needed.

This store is Great! They always have just what I need to make a repair or complete a project. Prices are fair and staff is very friendly. For the most part this is my "one stop shop" when it comes to home improvements.

BOTH OF MY INTERACTIONS WITH THE LADY AT THE SERVICE DESK HAVE BEEN VERY GOOD. SHE IS VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY.

Nice selection of Maytag washer and dryers, and the sales associate was very pleasant and helpful. Also the sales associate checked out my order and arranged a delivery date. I am a very happy shopper and love shopping at Home Depot.

The service desk cashier was able to switch my credit card purchase of a french door to a gift card purchase.

I am the stereotypical woman, i.e. don't know what I am doing with anything power tool or building material related. Every time I walk through the doors at Home Depot there are several people always within easy reach to discuss my projects with and find the easiest solution for me. Everyone is super friendly and helpful and I will not shop anywhere else.

There is always someone available to help me locate any items I may be looking for and truly appreciate that.

While the product selection, availability, an quality all seem to be good, the attentiveness of the sales associates seems lacking. Employees seem indifferent to shoppers most times. While this is certainly not the case all of the time, many associates seem oblivious to my presence when I visit here.

Live in the country, went to a local store that could have served the purpose, but was not inclined to help. Drove all the way into town and went into Home Depot and had the most amazing experience with sales associates in every direction. Received excellent assistance and got the specific items that I went in for. I needed information on future projects, and two other sales associates were very knowledgeable and helpful.

Clean store, quick service, and my online purchase was ready and waiting for me when I arrived to pick it up!
