This store always was clean and employees was friendly also store was organized

I had a return. The line was a little long but the cashier, Elena, greeted me, processed the return promptly. I felt like I was a special person in line. Great person to deal with. I will look for her again if I need to return anything else. You have a good employee who likes her job.

The store is neat and organized and there is always an Associate that is friendly and helpful and can answer all of your questions. The prices are reasonable. It is my "go to" store for garden and home needs.

I generally like the store as it is clean and well stocked. Usually there are store employees that are willing to answer questions. I checked out in the garden area and do not like the new self check out machines. Retail stores need to have people in their employee who can offer advice about products. Those dumb terminals can't answer a darn thing and saving money by not having humans in the work force is a false economy in my opinion.

We found plants and accessories for our new home at this store in the Garden Center. We did require assistance and got exceptional help from Matthew in the Garden Center.We were very pleased with our purchases!

Staff is very helpful and polite. This stores usually has plenty of items I need.

Reselling opened items as new this is the second time in the last 2 months it has happened.

store is moving to total self check out stations. No accommodation for people who wish to interact with real cashiers, opening door for small independent hardware stores to gain my business

The store is well stocked and most employees are EXTREMELY HELPFUL, This was all rendered moot by an extremely RUDE cashier who thought it was acceptable to shout at me and then blatantly lied to me when I asked her to direct me to order pickup. I found her behavior appalling. When I enquired I was told her behavior well known to management, Amazing. I have refrained from mentioning her name showing her the courtesy she did not show me.

Cashiers outside in the garden department were both very sweet and although it was clearly busy, the line I was in with the short girl with glasses got us through the lines rather expediantly. Plus, when I got up there she was extremely pleasant and nice to speak with.

The store is frequently out of the things I shop for. This means either I go some place else or come back later.

Crismeld exceeded expectations, exceeded superior product knowledge, knew all the guests by name, went 'above and beyond' to exceed our guest experience and delivered exceptional service. The rest of the team is awesome including Marien and the store is always clean and organized. AND always has stock that is organized! By the way...CRISMELD IS AWESOME! She treats you the way you are supposed to be treated at a Home Depot. KUDOS to management for hiring exceptional associates and I cannot stop talking about how unbeliavably awesome Crismeld was!!! THANKS CRISMELD!!!!

Associates are always ready to assist upon entering the store from gardening to lumbar.

Your associates are friendly. We were very impressed by your employer, James Vandemark! He was dedicated on sizing boards for his costumers. The board we purchased was so heavy that my husband could not handle by himself. James did more than our expectation. We were touched by his working spirit, not only working diligently on sizing board, but also trying hard to carry the board for us. The board his sized fits perfectly for our needs. Great job, James Vandemark! Great store, Homedopt! We also thanks Roger Feranadez for kindly helping us to delivery the board to our van. Overall, we would like to recommend this store to my friends and other costumers!
