STORE IS EFFECIENT

Clean store, friendly cashiers including ones named Kimberly and Will helped me find what i was looking for

This location is the best for a woman to purchase any items because the employees will spend time with you teaching how to use it, the best buy for the amount of money you spend, and always asked questions about what you need or want to do.

Good and friendly people Only bad thing they don't have what I was looking for

THE STORE WAS CLEAN AND EASY TO FIND

I have been using this location since I moved to Grand Prairie in 2001. Specifically the Lawn & Garden Department. One I have questions, I always consult with Seiko, who is very professional, personable, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend her to anyone who either needs help or has questions concerning Gardening. She is indeed a pleasure to work with. The Department is always clean and neat and the selection is great.

Rarely have I had any issues with shopping at this Home Depot, but the few times I have had issues they were resolved easy enough. This Store is Generaly clean and neat like most any Store they have had occasions that something needed addressed (Aisles clean up or even lack of product in shelf) but these issues had been addressed or taken care of in a timely fashion. No complaints this is a pretty good store.

Store sucks. no help on any of the aisles. Employees don't care.

ALL THE EMPLOYEES ARE VERY HELPFULL EVERY DAY NO MATTER WHAT TIM IT IS.

My fiance and I decided to restore her grandmother's lawn for her upcoming 90th birthday. It used to be so beautiful, but had been neglected for over 10 years now. We did not have a clue where to start, and Seiko in gardening patiently and expertly gave us advice on where to start. She led us to find the right tools and products and off we went! We keep coming back to say hi and to thank Seiko for indirectly giving "Gram's" garden some much needed TLC.

Great service from two employees! Clerk, Leonel, and guy who loaded by purchases (don't know his name). Took no time for me to be rung up and grass sod loaded into my vehicle! Super people! Wish everywhere had such engaged, nice people!!!! Thank you HOME Depot in Carrier Grand Prairie.

Every employee was welcoming and nice! The garden center employees were most helpful and very knowledgeable! This is going to be my "Go-To" store from now on!!!

The garden department was full of beautiful flowers today. I really enjoyed looking at them. The cashier Irene was very nice. She was kind enough to ask if I needed help loading the two bags of potting mix that I had purchased. I will definitely be coming back.

Overall, great experience every time I visit the store. Love the sales, employees and the convenience of this particular store being so near to my house.

I choose this store because it is the close one to me I have been going to this store at lease 10 to 12 years now I have never has a problem at this store every one though out the whole store is very nice every time I go there.this a five star in my mind.

Quite a couple of products look pretty old and dusty. A relook on visual display and life of the stock on the shelves could make an impact on movement of the inventory. Hope this review helps. Good luck and best wishes
