I was nervous when I started my project. The fact that I had never laid ceramic tile was scarey. The workers were so helpful in telling me everything that I would need. Not only that, they explained in detail the steps I needed to follow. They sent me home with everything I needed. My counter tops turned out beautiful.

I always enjoy shopping at the Grand Rapids store as I have had extensive shopping needs due to my home remodeling the past year. The stoere associates have been extremely helpful and I feel like they are almost family.

Found most of what I was looking for. Could not find 1 item so an associate was very nice and helped me. Found out you did not have it(A 1.7 refrigerator). The cashier was also very pleasant.

The young man who helped me today was and always is such a big help! He is very friendly and helpful. I really like shopping online and having the order all pulled and ready to go when I get there. Thank You ALL!

We are doing some remodeling in a 40 year old town home and we had two 40 year old bathrooms to deal with. We bought the Rust-oleum cabinet transformation kit and it worked great. We love the new look! Plus we were able to find granite (in stock) vanity counter tops to give the over all look of the vanities more modern. We also updated our lights in our kitchen, including recessed lights in entry, a new led dining room light and a living room light with a fan. Getting advice from the paint department we used a Behr natural deck stain and it now looks new again. We are very satisfied with our LG washing machine, it uses so little water and we feel it is important to be good stewards of our resources. We love dealing with our Grand Rapids Home Depot.

Had to wait 10 minutes to place my order. They no longer stock 8'x7' doors.

Unlike a lot of other locations there is not other stores in the area that compete with Home Depot i.e no Menards or Lowes in town to price check or do product comparisons with but yet they seem to do a good job at stocking items and pricing seems fair as well. The staff is always very friendly and willing to lend a hand. I have also found that the online shopping and delivery of special order items has been very fast too.

The people at this store are very helpful and it is clean and organized. Easy to find what you need, would reccommed it to anyone

The store is extremely clean and product availability is usually excellent. Customer service in some departments, primarily appliances, is somewhat lacking while others like electrical, paint, plumbing, construction materials and lawn and garden are excellent.

I needed to buy paint for painting a house and garages, and the help I received from the associate was exceptional! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and totally helped without hesitation or any negative attitude! Associates I encountered at the service counter and checkout were equally as friendly and helpful! Because of such a positive experience, I WILL return to this Home Depot store in the future, even though it is a bit of a drive for me. It's worth it!

The mobile associates are great. They are helpful and informative. There is a challenge with the customer service desk as they are not friendly or very helpful. There is an impression that we are more of a bother to them, than being friendly and helpful. We go to Home Depot at least once or twice a week, and this has never changed. There needs to perhaps be a bit of training in successful customer service.

Walking in and asking for help to select the proper lighting, I was assisted quickly, professionaly and received expert advice...and this 20 minutes before store closing!

I have a Lowe's in Hibbing, where I live; I have a Menard's half an hour drive from where I live; but, I choose to drive 45 minutes to Home Depot. The variety, quality and customer service is unmatched. From items as small as caulking tape up to bathroom vanities, I find everything I need and it's always great quality! The sales associates are so readily accessible, that I usually am greeted by two or three before I even get to the department I need!

The staff is very helpful and very knowledgeable! We were helped within five minutes, were explained the different products and which would be the best. Employee was very knowledgable of the products in her department. Everything went a lot smoother than expected. It made our experience of moving into a new place a lot less stressful!
