This is the cleanest, friendliest HD in the country. You don’t know how lucky you are to have this in your town. Love this store want to pack it up and take it home with me.

I have shopped at this store since it first opened, in fact I have shopped at the Home Depot stores since they first opened many years ago, when I lived in California. In 2004 when I was building our dream home here in Grants Pass I purchased a large amount of products for our house, from Home Depot. Things like lighting fixtures, faucets, ceiling fans and more. Sadly at that time there was not Home depot in Grants Pass, forcing me to travel to the Roseburg store. I also bought items from Home Depot stores in southern California who generously gave me a 10% discount on everything I bought. The reason for this was, I explained that I lived in Oregon where there is no sales tax and so the managers of the Home Depot stores, I visited in California, gave me that 10 % discount to cover the cost of the sales tax. I can not recall any time that I have not been totally pleased with what I bought at Home Depot or with the service I have received. I have had a couple of occasions where I have needed to talk with the store manage but it turned out to be a misunderstanding on my part and the manager graciously resolved my enquiry. There have been times that the store didn't have in stock an item I wanted. But I found that I could buy that item via the online Home Depot store and have it shipped to our local store. Perhaps best of all is the fact that virtually everything I have bought at Home Depot has been less expensive than I would have had to pay elsewhere. My only complaint is that I bought a beautiful, Hampton Bay, St Regis, ceiling fan from Home depot some 16 years ago that has served us well. But a year or so back the built-in remote receiver package decided to stop working. I was not able get a replacement part from Home Depot. And despite an assistant trying to help me with some phone calls, we still couldn't locate a replacement part. However, I did some investigation and found that an independent company had bought many of the Hampton Bay spares and I was able to get a replacement part from them. The fan is now fully functional and looks as beautiful as ever. My only request would be that Home Depot keep spare parts for such exceptional items as this fan. The St Regis fan I personally believe is perhaps the best fan that Hampton Bay have made and as such hard to replace. We have ceiling fans virtually throughout the house and to replace any entire fan would be no big issue, but the St Regis is special, with two levels of lighting, multiple speeds, as well as a reverse, and it is totally remotely controlled, no manual pull cords. Ideal for a bedroom, which is where we have ours located. Apart from this, I love Home Depot and will always shop there first for any of my do-it-yourself needs.

This Home Depot has very friendly staff, eager to help. I found the majority of the items I needed for my project. There service counter reps, and cashier was over the top helpful and genuinely nice. A great store for good service.

HORRIBLE customer service. I had a lady literally scream at me when I went to use the self check out. She would not let me check out and accused me of cutting in line. She was a sale associate and I had stood there in line watching her help the gentleman in front of me. When I walked away no one filled my spot there or was waiting for that spot. After being screamed at and humiliated I will not go back to this store. If I have to drive to Medford for supplies I would prefer to do that.

I have traded at this store for the last 7 years. Everyone is always ready to help you and will stop what they are doing to take you to the item or items you are looking for. They take the time to explain if necessary how to operate & use what your purchasing. The do it with a smile.

We have recently begun fixing things around our home that have been long neglected, but due to Covid we have plenty of time on our hands to start working on them. We are not handy type of people so we needed lots of help, in the store everybody is so willing to help, and even when you make a mistake and purchased the wrong thing or use the wrong color of anything they are always willing to make you happy, this is an excellent store with excellent employees who go over and above to make sure that you are taken care of, they make you feel important to them.

I shop at our Home Deport 2-3 per week. I appreciate the friendly and helpful staff.

Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable. A lot to choose from and we needed to be pointed the right direction, and we were, and the employee brought us a cart.

The staff at this Home Depot go out of their way to be helpful with any inquiry you might have. The store is always neat and tidy and well-marked as to where items can be found. If you order things online for pick up at the store, that too is an easy process.

The employees are generally courteous and helpful. None have been negative or disrespectful. Some seem to be as knowledge as professionals, such as plumbers or carpenters. What I have heard on television causes me pause. I think the corporate should stay out of politics. I go to Home Depot only when the other stores in town don't have what I want.
