I completed a store survey because my husband & I have been so impressed! I was limited to 100 words but sure could have gone on about a few weeks worth of visits and each time being impressed by help offered and products on hand! Esp. the help readily available! Very refreshing! It's not like they wait to check out to ask you "did you find everything ok?" ! :) Very much liking the experience of the good old fashioned (down-home!) service! Thanks Home Depot! :)

The cashier was very nice and pleasant to deal with.

I went in to order a dishwasher and was able to find an associate to help me quickly. They completed the order for me at their kiosk and within 10 minutes I was leaving the store having ordered exactly what I went in the store for. Great customer service just wish they had more dishwashers available in store but delivery was fast and even a little ahead of schedule.

Good store over all. Lowe's across the street does have much better customer service, but when you do find an associate at this store they are helpful. I will likely shop here again .

The key point for older people is the distance that needs to be walked to check outt areas.

I needed two items but one was not available at this store. The Associate was able to locate my second item at another store. Even though it was inconvenient to make to separate trips I was able to get everything I needed to complete my task.

The young lady, part time, reddish sandy hair, was so helpful in recommending the right type of soil and helped me to checkout and loaded the bags. Am disabled and could not shop at a store that does not provide assistance. The other box stores do not provide the service that this store always does. The associates seem to enjoy and appreciate being there!

Amazing associates who put my needs befor their own

In this store a lot and have always been happy with my visits. especially one Sat. I was treated to a very good grilled hotdog :-)

This store is conveniently located; well organized and well run. The employees are courteous, professional, and appear to enjoy their job.

The store is laid out well and I was able to locate the area that I needed but needed the assistance of an associate. One was available in the area and knew exactly where I needed to go to find the product that I required.

Most of your plants were nice and healthy looking. However, the employee I asked a simple plant question, was not very knowledgeable.

I was in a hurry to purchase a plumbing tool used to remove pex rings from fittings. My efforts to find the tool on my own were unsuccessful. No one was staffing the service counter, but I asked an associate (late 20's man) and he helped me look on line for the item - nothing there...he led me to another associate (late 50's man) who was especially helpful and determined to find the tool for me. As we were all searching, I did finally find it in the pex fittings area. I would like to commend both of these associates for giving me such excellent and friendly service. As a frequent Home Depot shopper, I think that I've never had such a great store experience! Thank you!

I LOVE shopping at the Greer Home Depot!. This store always has associates smiling, and asking if I need assistance. Even when passing them in the isles, they are friendly and sociable. It's a happy place to visit! We visit Home Depot at least once a week. I head for the garden center, and my husband heads to every other department in the store! HD usually has exactly what he is looking for. The garden center is ALWAYS clean, and the plants are well taken care of. Another nearby home improvement store always has dying or dead plants... they just don't take care of them!. I am pleased that HD is now marking/labeling plants that contain chemicals that harm insects. I want to protect our bees for propagation of our vegetable gardens. Thanks for caring HD! I also appreciate the fact that they always have FREE water for their customers!... nice touch.

I received excellent service here, both on the floor and at check out.

The store is always clean, the aisles are wide enough for the carts. On this visit I only purchased cleaning supplies but the lawn and garden furniture was set up clearly for viewing with the change of the season. Excellent display of new products.

During a visit to Home Depot in Greer SC The associate was so helpful in purchasing pain and other product that have helped me complete a room over haul. Love the store and their service to their customers.

Store was easy to shop and the products I needed were available. There are several workshops coming up and the schedule was easy to read when I entered the store.

I used to shop at Lowes. Found the availability of products better and prices about the same. Now only shop at Home Depot.

I would like to thank Carlos DeJesus for his very helpful service during my recent visit to Home Depot. I was able to purchase my new Microwave Oven very quickly and painlessly. This is how it should be.

The store was in great Shape. The help I received from Doors and Windows was Fantastic. She is very knowledgable and has a Super Personality that makes you relax and still get the job done.

Store Associate Dennis was the most helpful person I have ever come across in a Home Depot. He did not even work in the department that I was looking in but did not hesitate to come up to me to assist, I did not have to seek anyone out. Dennis took his time helping us even though he was being paged to go back to his department. He explained to his supervisor he was assisting me and that when he was finished he would head back. Dennis stayed with me until I had the product I was seeking in my hand and made sure I did not need any other assistance. I would recommend this Home Depot to my friends. Check out was also a good experience, the cashier was super friendly and efficient.

The staff here is always friendly and seems to know the location of every item in the store upon being asked.
