The store employees are able to give excellent answers on what you ask about. You are able to make excellent informed decisions on what to purchase. Never rushing the time spent with you.

We were recently in the market for new appliances. As we were comparison shopping at our local Home Depot, we were approach by a young man by the name of Julian who worked in the appliance department. He was very knowledgeable about all brands and their features. He answered all our questions confidently, and made us feel extremely comfortable in our shopping experience. We decided we were done ‘comparison’ shopping. We bought a range, dishwasher and microwave from Home Depot that day. Great employee and great management that cultivated such an employee.

This is the closest Home Depot I have to my house and it usually has everything I need in stock, and sometimes if I don't know exactly what I need I am usually able to find an associate to assist me. The cashiers are friendly and the store is usually well kept.

I have lived and worked in the area for more than 40 years. Have always relied on Home Depot to help. It has always been our go to store in any neighborhood that I might be working in. I have been a realtor for more than 40 years and seems that always when I am listing or selling a house we need to go to Home Depot for repairs. My son is a contractor and uses Home Depot almost exclusively.

THE ONLY POSITIVE THING HAPPEN TO ME TODAY WAS HAVING A CASHIER BY THE NAME OF SUSAN RING ME UP QUICKLY AND SHE WAS VERY FRIENDLY. SHE TOOK THE TIME TO MAKE ME FEEL APPRECIATED. THANKS SUSAN...

The employees were helpful, professional and courteous.

The paint department was fantastic but the cashier in the front named Trish was very disrespectful to 2 hispanic men who were speaking spanish. At 4:04pm on Tuesday I heard Trish tell the Hispanic customers "Y'all need to learn yalls english." That was totally uncalled for and disrespectful. Seeing a good majority of your customers are hispanic I'd think your employees would have more respect.

Received help in locating appliance depth. Merchandise was available

AT THIS HOME DEPOT IN PARTICULAR. LIZ & MARGARITA WHICH ARE BOTH CASHIERS ARE ALWAYS EXTREMELY FRIENDLY WHENEVER YOU ARE AT THERE REGISTER.

HARD TO FIND RIGHT PERSON FOR MY NEEDS

The store was operating well even though it was a Monday and a workweek. You could see the associates! Usually surprising because most times the weekends is the only time you see anyone readily available. The store is always clean.....you can see the workers putting up materials that folks just look at the items and leave them wherever.

During the time in the store only one person approached us to see if we needed assistance. I do appreciate the discount for military veterans and is lone reason I would consider this store. Casey, working pluming was exceptional in helping us with the valves and fittings we needed. Joe had assisted us with our order of the dishwasher even though it was not his department and is the type of employee that causes us to return to that store.

Scott (appliance specialist) was very knowledgeable about the product purchase. Also, was very professional and patient.

The associates here really did an awesome job making sure that we were taken care of to the best of their abilities! :D I will continue to come here for as long as I need Home Appliances and materials.
