They did everything my husband had requested plus more.

Customer Service and Cashiers are great at this store. The gentleman that came to help me was rude when I didn't want to alter my bathroom for new fixtures. Instead he looked at me and said that I had a problem. Least does he know the faucet company helped me and my old fixture is working like new. The funny part is, that the parts I needed came from Home Depot.

FIRST I COULDNT FIND ITEM, THEN AFTER WALKING DEPT FOR 20 MINS I GOT HELP FROM SERVICE DESK, THEY COULDNT FIND IT RIGHT OFF. AFTER 3 TRIPS TO AREA WE FOUND IT. THEN I GOT TO WALK THRU ISLE FULL OF WATER FROM PLANTS HANGING INSIDE MAIN BLDG. PAID FOR IT AT CUSTOMER SERVICE. ASKED FOR HELP TO LOAD INTO MY TRUCK. WAITED 10 MINS AND NOBODY CAME OUT. LOADED IT MYSELF. I AM DISABLED AND I DONT ENJOY WALKING THE WHOLE STORE, EVERY TIME I GO THERE! BAD ENOUGH I CANT FIND IT (I WAS IN INVENTORY MANAGEMENT FOR 27 YRS, SPECIALIZING IN HARDWARE ITEMS, FASTENERS, PIPE, FITTINGS ETC) BUT MOST OF THE TIME ITS NOT EVEN IN AN AREA THAT IS "LIKE TYPE" OF MATERIALS. I SPEND MORE TIME LOOKING FOR AN ASSOCIATE THAN I DO ACTUALLY BUYING OR USING WHAT I CAME THERE FOR!!! ITS KRAZY. IF IT WASNT FOR THE SENIORS THAT WORK THERE, NOTHING WOULD GET DONE! IVE GOTTEN MORE HELP FROM VENDORS STOCKING SHELVES!

Just walking thru the door, you as a customer will know that the Gurnee Home depot is well organized, clean, and well managed. The staff are head and shoulders, professionally, above the other locations.............

I received the help I needed from Chris! I wanted to return tools for store credit, because I did not need them, but did need many other things from the store. Mike in tools gave me some resistance, but Chris did everything I asked, and because of her consideration and customer service, I will continue to shop regularly at this store while I am working in the area! Thanks Chris, and keep up the great work!

The cashier and one of the night freight guys were very helpful.

Almost every time I come here it is like trying to walk around in an amusement park. I don't know why you guys have to pack so much merchandise in the middle of your main aisles were people are trying to walk. I even tried to cut around the people and use the back wall of the garden department to get up to returns and it was jam packed full of big carts of flowers turning into a one way street and of course I had to squeeze through even more people to get by. like really, you guys are to put a 100ft long row of ladders right by the self check out were people have to move big flat carts of merchandise? The roundlake home depot doesn't have as bad of a clutter problem so I think I will just go there or menards from now on.

This store is very convenient for me, I live very close to this store. The customer service is very good and the store is kept very clean and organized.

My daughter and I have many projects around the house for this spring and summer. We can trust that the items we will need will be at Home Depot. We expect that we will be able to save some money. I am disabled and unable to do the work myself. My daughter is old enough now where she will be able to help me. She is learning how to do things quickly. As a single mom , I used to take care of everything until I wasn't able to anymore. Home Depot has always been there for us and enabled us to save money when we have had repairs to do. I am teaching my daughter to maintain a home. mechanically, not just the vacuuming...

Store is well laid out and there is an associate available at every corner.

My husband and I purchased a bathroom vanity light and discovered one was broken when we got it home. Jessica was great and let me know what I had to do to replace it. Tyler walked me over to the electrical department and helped me find the right light and then took it back up to Jessica to swap it out. I also needed to find specialty locks for a window well. This is not something that Home Depot carries but Grant worked with me to design something that will work for our specific window well. All three associates I worked with were friendly and very very helpful!

The store was very clean and organized, but the prices are a little high.

My local Home Depot has the friendliest employees, always willing to assist in finding products and bringing me to where I need to be to find what I'm looking for.

Purchased a microwave at Home Depot. Found minor dent in front of door handle. The store manager, and two associates bent over backwards to help get a new microwave ordered and installed. Customer service and follow through was excellent, and I would highly recommend the Gurnee Home Depot.

I went to the store to price check sinks but I found an all in one sink set that was a good price so I purchased it the same day. The staff was helpful and so was the cashier. I will be shopping for more supplies for projects soon.

I have been to this store on several locations and the staff are usually very approachable, knowledgable and helpful.

I received immediate help in finding the department and appliance that I was looking for. Stan helped me achieve my goal in the budget range and operational features that I was out shopping for. Good job Stan, thank you so much, and the whole experience was great and it did not take a long time. He knew his appliances!! Great sales effort as well, I thought I would have to make at least another trip, but I got it done all in one. The front desk also was wonderful in that I found appliances exactly where they told me to look. Thank you to the whole staff.

Best home Depot I've been to! The cashier, Jenna, I believe her name was, was so friendly and knowledgeable with the store. Every time I go to home Depot after a long day at work, and Jenna is working there, she always seems to brighten my day. She's so friendly and warming, and she always has a smile on her face. I suppose her cheerfulness just wears off on her customers! She is a great asset to this home Depot and I'm sure her other customers feel the same way. This home Depot is clean, organized, and always seems to be well stocked.

I am familiar with this store and feel they offer all my household needs.

I was at this store twice in the past several weeks, I purchased a Refrigerator at what I felt was a good price and it was delivered quickly. The fridge had to be a specific size because it had to fit between cabinets and Home Depot had it in stock. My second trip was just yesterday when I needed some batteries and some other small items. Everything I was looking for was in stock and when I couldn`t find a product, an associate was radially available with directions.

The employees were very eager to assist and very informative, which made my visit quick and easy.

The store was clean, staff was readilly available and actually walked with me to what I needed and gave an explanation and sugggestions.

I know home depot better then most, but when I do need help the employees have always been helpful and friendly
