When checking on my order, I found it extremely difficult to get somebody to answer a phone in a particular department

Can never find an employee to help you even on a weekday.

Roberto was very helpful in my purchase.

I was having trouble using a visa gift card and the person at the register was extremely patient and helpful. They helped me figure it out and I was able to use the gift card

Hi all. I needed a tool for a Mini Scuba Tank compressor.To be able to replace the filter in the high pressure output line. My 6cf Spare Air holds 3000 PSI. The Compressor has an Oil/Water Filter on the output stage. I needed a Spanner wrench to open it. Had to settle for a Crescent Adjustable plier.

The Carpet Installation was completed within promised Tiem Frame.

Does anyone at tgis store actually do any work or are they so underpaid tgat no one cares? I assume the latter. Two weeks later i still havent gotten my batteries, i think they keep stealing them or something. Idk this pkaces sucks.

I bought a patio door and installation. Everyone I dealt with went above and beyond to make sure the process went smoothly and was successful. The door is beautiful.

I have noticed that the associates that I have encountered on the floor have made an effort to speak with you and to help in any way they can. I really appreciate that effort. Keep up the good work 👏

I went in to inquire about getting exterior/entry doors. Marsha Ellis at the millwork desk was extremely helpful and smart and accommodating. And I was happy to be able to use my coupon for no interest 24 months or 10% off. Looking forward to the installation.

Enjoy going to this Home Depot but recently I realize that they started putting all the items on the lock and key, which is very annoying because I have to stand there and wait for a representative to open an item that can take anywhere up to 15 to 20 minutes and I can go on notice or on Help that adds extra time to my visit. Please put a buzzer next to the items that are on the lobby, please so someone can be alerted when I'm there. I hate wasting my time and I hate that everything is locked up now.

Generally the aisles are blocked with stuff. Lately there are not any registers with an actual person unless you go to the pro desk.The store is not as neat as a lot of other Home Depot’s.

Steve and Jeanette in the appliance department found me the BEST deal on my new range and dishwasher! Will go out of my way to go back and see THE DREAM TEAM!

I am extremely grateful for a man named Ray who took the time to stop and help me plan out my garage project. He was very patient and kind. He gave me wonderful advice and went above and beyond to make sure I was successful with my project.

When you open before 10 a.m., why aren't there appliance salespeople THERE until 10 a.m.? We had to find someone to get someone -- anyone -- to help us. YOU NEED MORE PEOPLE -- YOU ARE RIDICULOUSLY SHORTSTAFFED. Also, the choice of appliances available on display is also pitifully short. We had to look at photos on a computer to pick out a new clothes dryer! You had no electric dryers on the floor! I guess we could have stayed home and shopped for the dryer online. OR gone somewhere else, which we'll be considering for our next appliance purchase. We're short of places to go for appliances, which I guess is to your advantage. Home Depot definitely isn't what it used to be -- when we'd have come in without hesitation. Your corporate management may not care, but they should be ashamed of themselves for the way Home Depot has gone downhill.

So the overall help isn’t great, however, everytime I bring my children here for the craft day, Joe, Judy, and Jill are amazing, phenomenal even!!! I come here for the crafts and end up leaving with $200 worth of stuff every Saturday of the craft workshop. Please never ever stop this experience!!!

The guy at the paint counter mixed me a GL of paint in less then 5 mins. I have never been in and out so quickly..especially if I was having paint mixed.

One problem..... I visit too often

Stay away the store is cruddy products are junk but at a high price. Not the Home Depot of old. As long as you are looking at buying the same piece of junk several times this is the place for you.
