If you are one of those shoppers who knows what you need but don't know how to find it, simply ask them at the door when you enter. They will know how to direct you to what you want. Or if you need help with something and not sure what to do about your problem, the store staff are very helpful in that regard as well. I highly recommend this store over other hardware stores and believe that you will agree when you have a shopping experience as well.

I encountered an employee named Jean, OMG what a wonderful employee. She sure likes her job and it was very apparent with all the help I received and all the positive comments she had about Home Depot.. I wish all your employees had her enthusiasm and knowledge. KUDOS JEAN!!!

Went to store on 7/5/15 between 4 & 5, looking for a drill driver combo. Not sure of the associates name now but he was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product in his area. Very helpful and patient with with explaining the benefits of the different brands and kits within the same brands. Long story short I ended up with the kit he recommended.

I was satisfied with the knowledge of the associates !

I love to shop at the Home Depot in Hammond because the store is free of clutter and the associates are very friendly; They never make me feel as though I am bothering them should I have a question.

The store was clean - i found everything with ease

Jennifer was very helpful and professional. She guided us thru many kitchen appliances and helped us pick out the best dishwasher, stove and refrigerator for our home.

I am a regular customer at this store...So, I am familiar with where to find most products I am looking for. But, if I need assistance, there's normally no problem finding an associate to help me.

Every one was very helpful, and friendly. The store had plenty of stocked items that were best-selling.

As I entered I was ask if I needed assistance as the store does on a regular bases. I said yes I did this time and two guys were caught within seconds and helped me load, through the check out and then load onto my truck. It made for a good visit.

As we walked in we asked about a grill. The next thing we knew they said the manager was outside looking for us. He asked which one and rolled it inside. Thanked him but he said no need to. He opened a terminal to check us out and then I told him I needed a grill cover. Took us right to it. FANTASTIC MANAGER. Thanks Frank R.

I have several Home Depot stores within easy driving distance but I prefer this one. The associates have always taken the extra steps to ensure I found exactly what I needed and readily offered assistance in additional ways...cutting, trimming, double-checking measurements. They've never been more than an aisle away and never appeared rushed or uninterested in providing an excellent experience. This may not be the largest HD that I could have gone to but its always been the friendliest...even during the Christmas season.

The store was very neat and was easy to find what i needed. The assistance i received was great. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful.

I am a self employed wood worker I am also in this store for my lumber this store also have a good selection on them I would only come here for that I find the other hardware store don't seem to have the same quality wood as Homedepot

I drive past other hardware stores, including another home depot to shop this store. The Hardware guys are great, Cedric stands out. The cashiers are good too.

I will be shopping at Home Depot from now on. I had always gone to Menards until recently but will be going to your store from now on. It is much easier to find items here and your store employees are much more knowledgeable.

They are good examples for lights, and prices to show which one is better, and always ask for help if need anything.

Poor service as usual in the Hammond store. While at the service desk the associate helping me with my returns was more attentive to other associate needs than mine, causing the transaction to take much longer. Usually shop Schererville, and will continue out of my way there in the future.

Website showed the aisle where what I wanted was located so I went right to it when I arrived at the store!
