Went in to purchase some CAT 6 patch cables. I was able to locate them instantly. On top of that associate stopped by to ask if I needed any help. It is always good to know that I do not have to go hunt down an associate while shopping at this store.

I was very happy with the help and attention provided by the associate where I got the heating duct air regulators to ensure that I got the full quantity that I wanted, even to getting a rolling stair to retrieve additional units from storage on top of the rack; and making sure that the packages were unopened and included attaching screws.

I can count on this store to have what I'm looking for 98% of the time. Staff are always courteous and friendly. Especially I find the electric department associate is available immediately and always knows the product and location. I really appreciate that.

I went to Home Depot on Saturday and followed the signs right to the place where I found the toilets. I compared the measurements and prices. I found the one I wanted and was out of the store in about ten minutes. Oh, I even got my military discount. The cashier was very nice and had a big smile. Thanks, Manuel

AS A BRANCH MANAGER FOR A STAFFING AGENCY I USE THE PRODUCTS YOU PROVIDE ON A REGULAR BASIS. MOSTLY PPE SUCH AS SAFETY GOGGLES, GLOVES, HARD HATS AND SO ON... YET, A FEW WEEKS BEFORE FATHERS DAY I WAS LOOKING AROUND FOR SOME GIFTS FOR MY HUSBAND AND SAUL CAME UP TO ME AND OFFERED HIS HELP. HE HELPED ME LOOK FOR THE BEST DEALS WITHIN MY PRICE RANGE AND EVEN GOT BRIAN INVOLVED TO OFFER THE BEST DEALS TO ME. THEY REALLY WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE SURE I UNDERSTOOD ALL BAOUT THE TOOLS AND THE WARRANTIES AND WHAT THEY ARE USED FOR. BRIAN EVEN SPOKE TO MY HUSBAND OVER THE PHONE TO EXPLAIN THE TOOL MUMBO JUMBO FOR ME... ABSOLUTELY HANDS DOWN THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AROUND. MY HUSBAND LOVED HIS GIFTS. VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER.

We find shopping at your garden center very pleasant and relaxing. Finding garden ideas for planting is also fun to discover when walking through the center. Associates are always very courteous and very knowledgeable when asked questions. Our first stop when looking for gardening supplies.
