Outstanding customer service

The store is as useful as any other Home Depot, but the paint department has an employee who goes above and beyond every time I ask her for help. Jerrica seems to have solid knowledge of all the painting projects and questions I ever have. She is great! I happily drive past a Lowe's on my way to this location every time I have a project like this. Would Home Depot again.

Amazing store to shop at. The employees are super friendly and go out of their way to make your shopping experience pleasant and are very helpful. I was very impressed with an employee in the curtain area who helped me with curtain rings and marked them 1/2 price because the color was off and I would have to paint them. Check out was amazing and an employee in the blind department went out of her way to help me and was super friendly. I always shop at this store but at this visit the customer service was astounding!

Barbara, Customer Service, was a breath of fresh air after running back and forth between various HD's picking up multiple, online orders. Barbara, got my loyalty for that store. I hope I see her more often.

Home Depot E. Eight Mile is a great store for quick in store pick up or deliveries. There are no long lines or wait time.

The store was very clean and organized. I like how they arranged the little things that you might need and might forget to pick-up towards the check areas. For an example, the all purpose utility buckets.

I PURHASED A FENCE AND HAD IT INSTALLED USING THE HOME DEPOT SERVICES. THE FENCE IS BEAUTIFUL. THE SERVICE INSTALLER WAS EFFICIENT AND PERFORMED THE SERVICE QUICKLY.

This is a good store just need to keep stock on everyday needs. Plumbing section is just about always out of things.

The staff here is Amazing, Everyone is very nice, friendly, and always willing to help the customers with a smile. The assistants are very knowledgeable in every department, from Plumbing, Electrical, to Kitchens and Gardens. Everyone is Fantastic, I Love Shopping there!

They carry everything and if not in store their website you can have it shipped to your home or store. Employees are very knowledgeable of items and where to find it and if they don't know they'll find someone who do.

The associate that assisted us at this location was AMAZING!!!

As a woman walking into the store,I'm not sure if I look like I don't know what's going on or if they just have super friendly employees. I get assistance immediately and fast check outs. I'm a first time home buyer and all my household repairs and supplies are done through home depot Harper woods.

Store was pretty organized and neat. Just wished more stock was available (bulk florescent bulbs) and more cashiers on duty.

Had the best experience on a busy weekend. The staff was so great. They welcomed the influx and everyone from Paint, Cashiers to the gentleman in the lot helped me with heavy lifting. 8 Mile has a fantastic team. They are always helpful.

Store is always clean. The employees are always visible and knowledgeable of all the products and there where about. It can be a store full of customers and the checkout lines move fast.

I had the most fabulous shopping experience at the Eastland Mall Home Depot. The employees were so friendly and helpful. I found everything I needed with ease and I was within my budget! I am so excited I'll be back to shop again in a few days!!!!

The store was clean and products in stock. I usually stop in several times in a month, but more during spring and summer. I love the flowers and shrubs-garden area. It's always so well stocked and someone to answer questions if needed. I usually look for bug/spider/ant products and they are normally in stock. I get my weed and feed here also. I like the fact that miscellaneous classes are offered on "How To" do different things in the home and garden, I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND SHOPPING THIS STORE.
