7 mile Detroit store is the worst store ever Harper Woods store is worse than 7 mile

THE STAFF IS ALWAYS SO FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. ALWAYS WILLING TO GO FUTHER AND POINT ME IN THE CORRECT DIRECTION TO HAVE SUCCESFUL HOME PROJECTS. I WOULD NOT SHOP ANYWHERE ELSE!

Store is close by, quite and easy to get to, with plenty of parking space and security in the lot. Store is well organized and well stocked.

This store is located in a shopping area that is growing less and less popular thus giving many people the impression it is not safe. I hear this often. However, I find this store to be clean, safe with employees anxious to help and always asking if they can help you carry get big items to your car. This store is near (less than 3 miles) one of the most affluent areas in Michigan and serves a real purpose in helping people who are fixing up their properties. I encourage local residents to use this store. We need it in the neighborhood. Let's show our support for those retailers willing to stay put and serve us. I have NEVER encountered any type of safety concern during the day or in the evening. Why add needless miles to your drive? Shop here and let's support our own community and those retailers willing to serve us.

This Home Depot has excellent associates! They go far beyond when helping a customer. I like that the associates are extremely knowledgeable about the store merchandise. If they don't know the answer, they will find someone who knows. You leave this store very satisfied!

I usually get lost in these stores. I am an old lady :-). I got help and information from every employee I came into contact with. The experience was great. The store was clean and well organized. The friendly and professional employees were great with information.

The HD staff is knowledgeable, friendly and compassionate about the needs of the customer. They display excellence within their work ethics. The stores stock is sufficient, and I've always been able to run in and out with materials I need. If the store doesn't have the items you might need at that moment, they make an assertive effort in obtaining information or ordering the items you need.

Staff always friendly and willing to assist

Even though I live about 10 miles from this store, I choose to go here to shop for the materials, tools and other items you carry. You might wonder why I go here--the reason is that I go to the Harper Woods store is ONE thing: your employees! I ALWAYS get the assistance I need from your very knowledgeable staff and they go way beyond the employees at other home improvement locations I could patronize. As a homeowner, I don't spend the money that contractors do, but I do spend a few thousand dollars every year. Thank you for being there and being a better place to shop--even better than some other Home Depot stores in the area.

The associate in the plumbing department went out of his way to help me with my purchase and the checkout was speedy. Even though I had to make an exchange the same plumbing associate assisted me over the phone and my return was done professionally and speedily. Being a woman shopping alone I felt very informed about my purchasing experience. Normally I feel lost but the associates handled all of my needs.

Normally would go the the closet home improvement store to the house which is l*&wes but today decided to go to home depot and greeted at door " Welcome to HD and can I help you find something". Then directed to aisle with floor personnel waiting to help and BAM he helped, made a suggestion and I agreed. I was at checkout within a total of 11mins from start to finish done and on my way. SERVICE WAS AWESOME

I had a great experience wth Sales person named Rob. Being a female and not sure about the purchase I was making he took the time to explain what I needed and why. It made me feel comfortable about my purchase. I told him he was my Hero for the day.

Store was clean and assistance was readily available without wasting time. The young employee's knew where products were and assisted me in finding them. However, cashiers need to be more customer friendly. If I have a complaint, it would be regarding the push carts, they need to be sanitized more or have those wet ones where customers can wipe off the handles. Right now they are too dirty. I have sensitive skin and have to bring my own wipes because my hands will break out.
