Found what I was looking for online and found the paint I needed at the paint department.

Researched my purchase for a pet door and found it right away with the help of the mobile app. Getting the right item without wasting time was a breeze!

This is an excellent store. Well stocked and the employees are super helpful and really know the products and how to use them.

Bought some windows and they were 15% off and save me some Dow!!!

The store is clean and the associates are eager to help you find products or any other help you may need.

I felt as though the store had more selections than other competitors. Several workers approached me and gave suggestions about heating and cooling options for small rooms. One associate found a cart, loaded a heavy item, and pushed it to a cashier station awaiting my payment! I could continue to shop for other things! Fantastic service! Several cashiers recommended heating units. Had no idea what to look for without their help. I even got assistance loading my car with all my purchases!!! You scored an 11 out of 10 in my book!! Looking forward to shopping again real soon for our remodeling project!! Thanks again for such wonderful service!

The store was very clean and organized. They had the water heater that other stores, you would have to order then wait to get. I am a veteran and it was great seeing a special park for a veteran and getting a veterans discount.

Quick and easy as usual. I went in to get a few things and found them all.

An associate in the plumbing department, provided customer service that was over the top. His expertise and guidance helped us get through a tough problem with great success. With service like this, I see no reason to shop anywhere else.

I needed help with everything to install a new electrical service in my barn. As soon as I walked down the 1st eletricall isle RIck asked if he could assist me and I told him I needed everthing A-Z for a new service. He went and grabbed a cart for me and started loading. For a few things he was not sure of he called Trevis to find out about the codes etc. When Rick was finished he pushed my cart across the store to Trevis so he could verify that I had everything I needed. At thesame time I asked Trevis serveral questions on code requirements. The information was gold! Then we went to checkout Rick emptied my cart and Tammy was so sweet and made sure I was good to go. She made sure my checkout was smooth as silk. I shop "The Depot" A lot! I must say that I usually have a good experience but this was for sure my bext visit so HAT OFF to Rick, Trevis and Tammy! This is thetype of experience that keep me coming back to the Harrison Depot

I needed to purchase and have a garbage disposal installed. I went to the Lowes in my home town, couldn't find anyone to assist me nor give me any information on installation. I knew there was a Home Depot in Harrison, I went on line at Home Depot to look up the product I intended to purchase at Lowes. Even though the Home Depot price was a tad more, I still went in store to purchase it. I spoke with a kitchen associate who gave me some helpful inforamtion on what model to choose. They then directed me to the service desk where I set up the install. It was a pain free and wonderful experience.

Oh, goodness, this store is clean and the people are clean and helpful. God bless them all.. I am old and they are so kind to me.

I have been going to Home Depot of Harrison for many years. I would like to express our gratitude as a family for the knowledge and caring put forth by the employees. We are also wanting to express that Home Depots product lines have never let us down.

I had t rouble finding ALLURE Product location. there other store items and store handling equipment sitting in the aisle in front of the product boxes which were on the floor and location markers were not very visible

The store was very clean and I wasn't in the store 5 maybe 10 seconds before one of the staff member's asked me if there was any thing they could help me find, I said yes and the staff person knew right where the items were that I was looking for which made my trip to the store a whole lot easier since I really needed to be some where by 4pm that day but I also knew if I didn't stop and pick up what I need it would be another week before I could get back to the store. I can't remember the staff person's name but I don't think I have ever been mistreated at this store by any of the staff members. Thank you to the Home Depot in Harrison Ohio :)

I've shopped this HD many times. I'm a veteran, & have never had problems with the vet discount until today. At the checkout, the cashier wanted to see my ID. She said it was not a valid ID but she would give me the discount anyway. I've always gotten the discount in the past. Now, supposedly the HD has a new policy. One has to be active duty, disabled, or have more than 20 years service. Neither of these do I fit, yet, I'm still a veteran, & belong to the VA. If this is going to be HD's stance, then I WILL NOT shop HD anymore, & will shop LOWE'S instead. They have never refused my veterans ID, & most times never ask for it.....

I had an issue with an item I ordered on-line that was damaged in shipping. The problem was handled by a service desk employee named Tressa Mazena. She was very professional and helpful in taking care of my issue. It has made me more positive I want to keep shopping at the Harrison Store.+
