i was very pleased with the store and the help of the associate from the window and doors department. he was very helpful and pleasant. I will be returning to the harrisonburg store.

Right as I got in to the store, I was greeted warmly and assisted the whole time until check-out. Made my trip quick and painless. Sales Associate Rebecca, "Becca", was the one who gave me that experience.

The Home Depot #4645 in Harrisonburg Virginia has the items I need stocked on the shelves ready for purchase. Shopping is easy and fast. It is obvious this store has excellent management. I have found associates at this store to be well trained as well as very knowledgeable about the products in their departments. Loaders are always right there when you need them. I shop this HD store frequently. I can be very demanding at times, especially if I am in a hurry. Without fail, everyone at this store has been incredibly helpful and friendly.

The girl in the paint department is awesome - she is happy to give advice on her own experiences and helped us to not make the same mistakes that she made during her first foray into cabinet-painting. Many thanks!

On this visit to the Harrisonburg Store I purchased quite a bit of material from numerous departments. My last stop was at the lumber department where I was approached by a store associate who asked if I needed any assistance. I acknowledged that I could use some help and he was fantastic. After assisting me pull all of the lumber products I needed, he did not stop there. He requested the assistance of another associate in the contractor dept., who quickly checked me out. Then I had two associates help me load. As I did not have enough room on my trailer for all of the merchandise I was going to purchase, I set up a pick-up for the next day for the rest of the material. When I returned the next day, the merchandise had all been pulled and ready to load. Again, I had two associates to help me load. A VERY FINE EXPERIENCE

The Harrisonburg VA store is not the closest Home Depot to my home, but it was well worth the 40 minute trip because they had what it takes to make me feel comfortable about buying a complete set of kitchen cabinets. The kitchen designer did an amazing job for me. He came to my home and measured my kitchen. He made me feel very confident about this large purchase.

Upon arrival there was someone to greet and offer help and give store sale flyer. The store was clean and in order,associates waiting in cashier lines to greet and check you out.

I do not often use this store. Due to its location, it is inconvenient to reach, and I have spent more time getting in and out of the parking lot then I have finding what I wanted. However, this time it had exactly what I was looking for at a better price then the local competitors, and I was able to get in during the right time of day to avoid the traffic. This would likely be my primary hardware store if not for the location.

My overall experience in this store was awesome. It took me a few minutes to find everything that I needed, but it did not detract from my experience there.

I live in Madison, VA and the closest Home Depot to me is in Warrenton, but I routinely make the drive to Harrisonburg to shop only because I like the store experience there more than other locations. I wish Home Depot would build a store in Charlottesville and give Lowe's some competition! Thanks, G. Herndon

The store was very clean and organized. Many associates on the floor to help....you don't see this much at other stores. Best customer service experience we have had in a LONG time when shopping!

The store was very nice had a wonderful employee help me with the grass killer we purchased everyone was so friendly

This store is refreshing and the associates and cashiers are very helpful. The product was easy to find and the associates were very familiar with the product and gave good advice about what size we should get.

We went into the store rather late in the evening and still found the associates were friendly and ready to assist! The availability of the product we needed and the price was much better than other local competitors. We'll be back again as soon as the need arises for more good service and great products!

They are Gr8 stores and have had Gr8 Managers and fantastic associates ... some of us still believe. Do not blame the condition of the Restrooms, on thee associates or janitorial crew, blame it on the Ignorant ... and yes I have a card ... and use it ... Because I Believe, I also hold shares.

Everything was very easy to find. And personal was very helpful.

I was especially impressed with the interaction with the clerk at the "return here" desk. She was very pleasant, efficient and informative, and I told her so.
