ALL YOU NEED

The cashier and employees were very friendly and helpful.

Very neat store, employees are super friendly and attentive, love the variety!! I got everything I needed, very fast.

This store has very poor inventory position on items. The store personnel are poorly trained and do not engage well with customers. Trying to get assistance while they are chatting with each other or on their cell phones is almost close to impossible since they ignore you or worse just walk away!

The employees of this store are willing to help you and if for some reason they don't know they will look for someone in that particular area to help you with what you need.

The associates are excellent and the store is super well accommodated

clean, proficient associates, but uncomfortable to walk when crowded and when merchandise are in the middle of the rows and aisle.

The store is clean and the employees are very helpful. I found all the items that I was looking for. The inventory in the light fixture is very low.

It all started on 8/29/19. We came in to buy a washing machine. The appliance employee was helpful and the treatment was perfect. We choosed a model and agreed on the delivery date for today "9/7/2019" since this is the day that I had free to be able to receive the delivery of the order. The employee told us that we would get a call 24h to 48h before the delivery is made to confirm it. Come today I never got a call and now I find out that my delivery was canceld because they never made contact with me and i know they never called any of my 2 numbers registered in my order. I have been wating for this order for more than 9 days, my wife is set to give birth on monday and thanks to the screw up of ho ever was reponisble for this order order fulfillment I have to scramble to find a similar washing machine elsewhere. Needless to say that I canceled my order with you and that will be 1779.00 less thanks to your distribution employees in charge of deliverys and orders. The store employees where awsome, but ho ever is incharge of deliverys sucks.

I love the store because I find everything I need, and I only have to make one stop.

I visited on sept 28. We were expecting hurricane Dorian that day. And i was surorised to see all the employees on good spirit. Helpful. Asertive and service oriented considering the majority of the stores wew closed during such a stressful day. Vivían from the kitchen plumbing area was very helpful , nice, knowledgable a great resouurce for the store.

Personal Know where thing are and very friendly ,store in a bet clutter hard to walk in certain areas out especially for senior citizens it's difficult.

This store (hatillo Puerto Rico) have the best customer service in Pro and contractor.

Been a customer at Home Depot in Hatillo PR since day 1 when doors opened to public. Ever since, my family and I visit the same store every single week. Everything you need or might even know of is at Home Depot! Great customer service, great advisors, and most of all SPECIALS EVERY WEEK! As a Property Manager I strongly recommend Home Depot!
