As a contractor it is difficult dealing with Home Depot and deliveries etc.So therefore most of my buying is elsewhere. But when needed Mike McCurry at the pro desk does a wonderful job with his assistance in helping with any needs I may have. He truly is a great asset to the Helena Home Depot!

Great store to visit I'm there 3 to 4 times a day and everyone from the Manager to the store associates are very friendly and helpful always a pleasure.

I am always greeted as soon as I walk in the door and asked if I need help finding anything. There always seems to be plenty of associates running around willing to help with any questions or concerns.

First of all, the store is set up very orderly, the staff is also very helpful, it is like they can read your mind or pick up on the "confused" look on a persons face. I never even had to ask for someone to help me, they could just tell. I like shopping the Helena home depot store, I plan to keep doing it. Thanks home depot!

The products were easy to find. I was shopping for an anti-fatigue mat for a standing workstation. The mats were dusty/dirty though (actually appeared used) and none in the stack had a price sticker on them. So I had to find and ask an associate to write down whatever was needed for the checkout associate to be able to ring it up. Associates were friendly and helpful, but the product and the labeling could have used some attention.

I would like to commend the female associate in the paint department yesterday. I'm just sorry I didn't get her name but I was at Home Depot between 10:30 and 10:55 a.m. She was very knowledgeable and helpful and quick!

The employees have always been nice and always ask to help! !

we were looking for a washer and dryer, did some research online, came to the store and got what we wanted for a great price!

I have shopped in a lot of Home Depot's in several different states. This store is by far the best I have shopped. The store is always clean. The associates are extremely friendly and seem to be everywhere especially when you need help. My wife and I are in the middle of remodeling our home and will definitely be spending a lot of time at this store. Thank you Helena Home Depot!

I am new to town and went to the Home Depot for renovation of my home projects. The employees of the store were very helpful to my family in finding materials. They even recognized that we were from out of town and took an interest in where we were from. Every employee we came in contact with was so friendly. The store was clean and I was very thankful for the assistance.

The HD associates at the Helena, MT store are generally quite knowledgeable in a broad area of topics. If they do not have what I'm looking for they generally have an idea which other local stores carry the items I need. I find project/customer helpfulness that transcends store or brand loyalty to be the most useful in helping me to get more done.

I HAD A VERY DIFFICULT REQUEST, THEY RESEARCHED THE ITEM, THEN NOTIFIED ME IN A TIMELY MATTER BY PHONE, AND I GOT THE PRODUCT I WANTED WITH OVER $100 SAVINGS, I AM SO SATISFIED THAT WE ENDED UP PURCHASING 3 TOILETS FOR OUR HOMES IN MONTANA AND SOUTH CAROLINA. I visited the store needing to pick up a verity of materials and tools. I was able to find everything I needed by myself and with the help of a friendly worker who stopped stocking items and helped me find each of the remaining items I couldn't find. Great organized store and workers.

Called for customer assistance and when they arrived they offered assistance to everyone else but me.

This is my favorite big box store. Every employee is happy and go the extra mile to help you. To find both in the same store today is a rarity. This is a great store to gain knowledge and the tools (no pun intended) to use it. I have only ran into one instance where I asked a question about something and the employee didn't have an answer. Instead of just dropping it at that, she made it her mission to find me an answer. Way to go!
