Best pro desk in the Las Vegas valley! I am all over town everyday and make a point to use this store due to the friendly, knowledgeable, helpful team at the pro desk.

The store was very clean and organized! The staff were so helpful and friendly AND knowledgeable!!! It was so nice to go in and have Julie help me find everything I needed to complete my project! I would highly recommend this store to everyone and hope that they get the same treatment that I get!

The staff in the different departments is very knowledgeable! Tell them what you need and they will always show you the exact product you need to fix it! Many times they have a similar product in a different department and they always show you what else you could use! As a woman I love to go there, I know they will always help me!

Sales help is horrible. This is not the first time either, it is consistently bad

Went to the auto dept. and had to wait till the worker and his boss finished yelling at eachother right infront of the bay I needed to buy something at!! Sad part is I had on my home depot hat and jacket on and they still did nt stop yelling at eachother on the sales floor knowing that I work for home depot!!!! SAD

Went in to price a washer and microwave received such EXCELLENT service. They ( John and Rochelle) went out of their way to provide me with outstanding customer service and thanked me for my military service giving me a great price. I will be a loyal customer.

Store was clean and homes were filled,,,,everyone was very helpful in every dept..Great Job to the store manager...

My elderly mother and I waited 1 hr in flooring on a Saturday morning, for assistance. Then waithe 45 minutes at the front register for a manager to talk with, who never did come to the front. I do not recommend this store. Very poor service.

Cindy in mini blinds provided us with a superior customer service experience. Store inventory was low and we were having trouble finding the right sizes in one style for the various windows under consideration. Cindy took the time to check all inventory in the store to find us our best option in the class of blinds we liked. She double checked her calculations and verified sizes with us twice to ensure everything was done right the first time.

If you need flooring make sure you ask for Cindy! She is a Rock Star! Her customer service was impeccable. She was patient, kind and so understanding! Such a breath of fresh air. Clean store and it has a tremendous selection of all things home improvement. Nice, courteous staff with a lot of helpful information if you ask them for help.

We don't usually shop at this particular location but we will be returning. We recently bought blinds for our home which has several shapes and sizes for the windows. Cindy, in the windows department, cut our blinds for us and helped us so much picking out the correct sizes for the odd sizes of our windows. The store was stocked with all the blinds we needed and cutting them to size was so, so helpful. Cindy labeled each box according to the window which made it super easy for us to install. She and the cashier were super-friendly and had very pleasant personalities. All of our questions were answered. I needed more blinds and returned to the store and requested Cindy. She remembered me and my purchase! Very good store and excellent staff.

Very unhappy with their contractors for appliance installation! We were supposed to receive a call THE DAY BEFORE DELIVERY so we could plan accordingly or reschedule if necessary. Nobody called the day before or give us a window on the actual day of delivery!!! Just a call saying "we're 20 minutes away". What kind of window is that? Again, very unhappy! Now we have to wait another 4 days before getting our appliances installed!

ASSOCIATES ALWAYS HELPFULL AND POLITE. YOU DONT HAVE TO GO LOOKING FOR HELP THERE ALWAYS AROUND WHEN YOU NEED THEM. MOST ALWAYS HAVE ITEMS IN STOCK I NEED. UNLIKE THERE COMPETITION LOWES!

Calvin in appliances is awesome! I bought all my appliances here. Calvin answered all my questions, and made the experience a very positive one. He answered all my questions, and kept my budget in mind. I will be back, and would recommend this store and him.

The store is always clean and bright form the store appearance to the store employees. They are always knowledgeable about the products and the location of them. They always do their best to make my experience as good as possible.

Everyone is friendly! I never had to hunt for assistance because every associate greeted me and or acknowledged me.

This is my favorite Home Depot! The employees are friendly and accommodating. One employee walked me to the item I was looking for, rather than just telling me the aisle number. That was a wow factor for me.

I like this store because it is easy to find the things we need. The only negative feedback I would give is that it is difficult to find someone to assist you when you need it. The store does not always seem real clean, but it is an older store so that may make a difference.

I recently purchased a Samsung front loading washer and dryer. My sales girl was simply amazing. She was friendly and very helpful! Priced them out at other stores and HD was the best priced.

I was able to buy the items I need and a lady assisted from the inquiry until I finalized the order, she was very helpful and appreciate this lady. I wish most of associate will be like. The store is clean but appreciate stocks are clear, it does not block the isle for costumers passage.
