I love my local Home Depot in Hendersonville, NC. Every time I go in there the employees are always friendly and efficent. I work in construction (residential) so I’m always buying tools and materials, I wouldn’t dare shop anywhere else.

Good service and associate attitudes.

Male in paint did not really want to be there that is impression i got. He slopped my paint all over side then hands to me so i could get it on me. I told him give me a towel he said you must had lid open. My words was no you did it then hand that to a customer. No give me a towel i need to wipe it. To me thats a i do not care attitude.Then cashiervat self checks would rather speak with co workers rather then correct a problem so this customer could leave.NO THAT IS AN I do not care attitude i would rather talk than do the job he was paid to do.Slap happy work for both of them.

The one time they didn't have the item in stock, they looked at other local store stock and saved me a ton of time! Great service!

The woman at the PAINT counter is fantastic. Very helpful and with a cheery attitude. There was several men in line ahead of me so I saw how hard she worked to get everyone's orders right. Sorry I can't remember her name.

Every one of employees wore a mask.

The staff they came out for flooring measurement, very professional had mask entire time. Great customer service, was on time efficient and knowledgeable.

Why does your online survey end with asking for a review of this store which is about 100 miles from my home and which I have never shopped at? The survey was about shopping at the Cornelius, NC store. You have a large flaw in your customer survey software. This process is way "out of touch" with reality. Shame on Home Depot.

Your manager went out of his way to find a pond pump model not on your shelves.

Very friendly, clean, and organized. From paint to appliances to lawn mowers, I have purchased them all from Home Depot. I highly recommend this store.

If you want mulch be ready to load it yourself. Pretty sad when a female senior citizen can load ten bags soaking wet mulch when a young man does not load one bag. He stood back talked to another female store worker and only appeared when she loaded last bag. I mean some training in customer service comes to mind

Scott and his supervisor, Rob, in the Appliance Department were extremely accommodating during my purchase of a Whirlpool dryer on Friday, July 31. I felt the price was more than competitive and the ability to have the dryer delivered and hooked up within 5 days surpassed my expectations.

The staff at this store have generally been very friendly to deal with. Today, everybody seemed irritated and I could not get any help with anything. I was going to special order a new toilet and bath tub but left without doing so. I went to this store because I know HD can get what I want, but I will be going to a plumbing supply house Monday instead.

This HD is great store with great employees, with the exception of 1, who is named NICK. He is rude and offensive to customers! I would give 5 stars, but because of Nich I gave 3. I would still recommend this store but steer clear of Nick, "Pro Loader"

I went in to look for a specific item and could not find it. I was greeted by an associate within a few minutes who helped me find what I needed. The cashier was helpful and I was in line for less than one minute. Great experience.

Unsafe in the era of Covid-19. Customers were permitted in store without masks. Employees all had masks, but some were being worn around their necks. There was a marked area for hand sanitizer near the entrance. However there was no hand sanitizer there, not even an empty dispenser.

I had a emergency with a toilet, got there at closing they let me in and an employee named Pam helped me . I can't thank her enough and all of the other employees that were there were very nice and friendly they really helped me. Thanks again

My wife and I always have a good experience when we shop Home Depot in Hendersonville. Many helpful employees assist us in finding whatever it is we need. From sand to having duplicate keys made, there is seldom a time when we don't complete our shopping list. From our entrance to the friendly and fast checkout, we save time and money.

As a senior citizen the associates are always patient and helpful
