Looking for a new Frigidaire refrigerator. Checked on-line and several major stores. Home Depot had the best price by a big margin. Was able to do everything by phone.

Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful employees make this Home Depot a pleasure to shop. Dramatically better than the local big box competitor that turns out their parking lot lights a half hour BEFORE closing time, creating a hazardous condition for their night time customers. You would never see such rudeness from the Hendersonville Home Depot!

This store is very convenient and has VERY helpful friendly employees... unlike some other Home Depot stores! Always is a pleasure to shop this store!

Parking is easy and getting in the store is a breeze. Also, employees are readily available to help load heavy and bulky items in carts and then to your vehicle. I love this store!

The mower we wanted was in stock. Personnel were very friendly. Checkout was fast.

We go to Home Depot often, they always have the best employees; they’ll all so helpful and pleasant, they all seem to know exactly where to find things and they’ll even take the time to walk you right to where you have to go.Great place, would recommend it to all!!

I have always had a pleasant experience shopping at this particular Home Depot store. In general, the sales associates are very friendly and helpful, the store and the property in general is well-maintained and most times it has in stock exactly the item or items I for which I was shopping,

Products were easy to find, associates were courteous, visible and available when help was needed, reasonable prices.

There are enough employees to assist and they are very helpful. They always seem to have whatever I am shopping for...special light bulbs, ant killer, garden supplies. I was recently disappointed that a bag of potting soil I purchased was soaking wet when I got it home..was stored outside and loaded for me, so I didn't know. Had to trek across town to return for a refund. Feel more attention should be given to outdoor storage.

People do want to be LOADED and not ignored. Today young man returning motorized cart totally went by me and my husband did not ask to load our car at mulch and soil in garden. He also ignored three others needing LOADING. I could not find soul I purchased and had to go back in. Sad the way WORKERS think people do might not want help. But wait why would we. Oh wait that's right older generation can load themselves. We know how to work young folks have very easily forgotten obviously.

Terrible service

The Employees at this store are GREAT. They have always been more than willing to help if they can, if not they will find someone who can help. Not like the other stores.

Employees knowledgeable and helpful. A very pleasant shopping experience. We live 20+ miles away but this is our store of choice.

I needed Kleer Drain Replacement Cartridges for our clogged shower drain. My husband sent me a photo & I found it in the store, but the package looked different. The man who helped me (I don't know his name) knew EXACTLY where it was located, went to that aisle, scanned the shelf tag, & determined that it was the item I was looking for. LouLynne, my cashier, was very friendly, asked if I found everything, offered me an application for a Home Depot credit card. I declined, but she was still nice. I really wish I had noticed the man's name who helped me. He was so nice, friendly, didn't treat me like a dumb woman who knew nothing about hardware, but he was happy to do his job. I may go back to find out his name, so I can write to corporate and share my good experience at this Home Depot. Thank you.
