Knowledgeable Plumber on site to help with all pertinent questions. Helpful in all aspects of bathroom remodel. Dave is an asset to the Hermitage Store and the reason I return.

Two of the associates That my wife and I dealt with (Scott and Fay) were very helpful and cheerful.They both possessed professional qualities and seemed to be team players.I wish I was able to work around people with great attitudes like these two.

This store is always stocked with the latest items. The staff is on the ball.

Aisles were cluttered with black friday sales stuff. That was my only complaint. Sales associate Cheyenne was fantastic. Let me go get gift cards at Giant Eagle to get gas credit. Thanks so much for suggesting that. What a gem of a sales person.

I could not find what I was looking for and a associate came to my rescue and was very helpful in finding it and I bought the last one that was in stock so he looked on his hand held computer and said more was due in the store in a day if I needed more.

I am in the Hermitage PA Home Depot a lot. I have gotten to know staff in most every department - Customer Service, Paint, Plumbing, Lumber, Electric, Lawn and Garden and general store staff. I must say that they consistently take care of my needs and make me feel like I chose the right store. Whether for a grill, tractor, light bulbs, wood, pipe or anything else, they hook me up with good people who know what they're talking about. Notable people include Gitch, Scott, Tommy, Mike and so many others. I never get the feeling that they brush me off or make up things to make me happy, as I am a tough (and critical) customer and they know it. As such, we have a great rapport and they always treat me with courtesy, fairness and timeliness. About the only negative ever is that they are often busy and occasionally I have to wait. No problem - they always take care of me one way or another.

I was able to find the shower door wheel rollers that are normally hard to locate. It did however require assistance from a sales clerk. It did take awhile to find one but he did show me where I needed to be.

Cheyenne Yakopec was very helpful and made my visit to the great. Would go back again.

I love home depot products. I would always choose h.d. as my home improvement store.

Scott went out of his way to get me a product. When the product was not available, he made arrangements with Niles Ohio store to pick up the product at their location and bring it in to the store for me to pick up the next morning. He was so helpful and kind. If this is a reflection of the associates of this store, I highly recommend all to shop here. Thanks Scott!!

the store is just fine I even told my mom. She told all her friends , I was so excited after my visit I could not sleep that night. I cant wait till I need some stuff again so I can come back.

Nora is the most pleasant and polite person that makes shopping at Home Depot an enjoyable experience. " Nonie" is the reason I shop at Home Depot and not Lowes. She is very friendly and helpful. An absolute asset to the Home Depot. She needs to be commended for her pleasing personality.

I bought flooring and I had somewhat of a problem traveling through the isles with my cart. To many items in main walkway. Other than that I am happy with the store.

We had a great experience with Nic, a real pro, super patient with my 88 year old mother-in-law. He helped her get 90% of what she wanted in a new stove and explained patiently why the specific combination of features were not available. He helped her understand the pricing and even showed her the competitive prices from another BigBox store... Nic is a real pro and asset to HD. I recommend him and HD for your appliance needs.

I Was Able To Find Every Thing I Was Needing. Sales Person Always There To Help !

Easy to shop here with helpful personnel willing to do whatever is asked. Can't say the same with their "Big-Box" competitor across the street. Attitudes start at the top and it shows in this store.

The store was clean and organized. The greeter was helpful and friendly and took me right where I needed to go.

My cashier Elizabeth went out of her way to please the customers, Makes an okay experience that much better.
