I was looking for a bath robe hook. I found the same hook, but not in the finish I wanted. I bought one in chrome rather than brushed nickel. Also, I found an even better one in brushed nickel. I bought them both to see which I preferred in the bathroom. I picked the second & had no trouble returning the other.

With a little help from one of the associates, I was able to find & select the product I was looking for. I enjoy using a human cashier to take care of my payment & bagging my purshases.

I had to return an item that given to me incorrectly by another store associate. When I returned later the same day the associate at the customer service was cold and impersonal and did not even smile when she greeted me. Was more concerned if I had a receipt or not.

It took some effort to try a locate a store associate.

Delilah and her associates at the service desk were great. They helped us with our purchases and an online order. Very good employees in the plumbing dept. were helpful too.

clerk ran up wrong price. She had to do over. Vey annoying.

It normally takes me a while to find the right thing that I'm looking for in a hardware store. It took me less than 30 seconds to find the right aisle for a door cylinder at this location. There was also a person available for help at the self-checkout area just in case I needed assistance. Overall great experience.

The store was clean and well organized. I had no trouble finding what I needed and associates were available and willing to help. One product I wanted was no longer available and associate helped to find another, very similar product from the catalogs on display at the store

This is a wonderful Home Depot store. The customer service is excellent and they had everything we needed in stock!

Well laid out store with an amazing array of product. Staff was easy to locate and knew exactly where to find the one item I couldn't find (and couldn't remember the name of). Self checkout issue was handled quickly too!

The customer service at this store is exceptional. I drove a few extra miles to come out to this location, and it was totally worth it!

Christmas tree shopping was something my husband did not want to do. I did research on line and had all my facts on paper. I had it narrowed down to 3 trees. Elizabeth the store associate that helped us made this experience so much more than I ever expected. I showed her my research and she said all 3 were great but she happened to have the one I liked the most and said it was a beautiful tree. That is the one we ended up buying. She had an employee within minutes helping us out to the car and loading it in for us. What a great employee you have. I come in at least 8 times a year and have always enjoyed coming in to see what is new. But this experience was the best Elizabeth went above and beyond.

Home Depot is the best place to find things for your home?

The associate was alb e to suggest an alternative item that was better suited for my purpose then I was planning

Cashier I dealt with was rude when paying. I had to return an item and rude once again, ignoring the question I asked 3X.

Elizabeth, the associate who helped me, walked me over to the items I needed, then took care of me at the register. No one could have been nicer or more professional than Elizabeth was. I will consider this location my first choice in hardware stores and recommend my friends and family to look for Elizabeth when they go shopping.

I received excellent customer service from Mitch; he was very knowledgeable.

This store had the replacement part we needed by the Mfg. at the right price and it fit properly. We were happy with our purchase.

The store was clean and well lit. Products were easy find. The associate told us the wrong aisle for what we were looking for and no one else looked willing to help. The self check out registers and operators were easy to use.

Our Sales Associate Mitch, Manager of the Electrical Department went above and beyond with assistance not only in his Department but also with another Department. While he readily admitted that the other department was not his area of expertise, Mitch was quite willing and able to assist answering our basic questions as well as providing assistance carrying and loading this very large and heavy purchase to our vehicle. Mitch made this shopping experience hassle free and earned our loyalty in returning to the Highland Heights Home Depot location. Mitch's professionalism is a glowing example of a great employee -- something almost unheard of in this day and age.

Really nice experience in the store, my husband and I came to the store without knowing enough about the product that we were buying. We asked for help and we received help from the associates. They were very knowlagable, very friendly and very helpful. We got everything we needed it and for a very good price.

Great paint department and the others should follow

I've been here twice for a few things I needed around the house and the employees have been knowledgeable and helpful. Had to return a few things too and it was painless.
