Best buying experience of any home improvement store. Employees were courteous, knowledgeable and extremely patient. I took my teenage son in to purchase a lawn mower so he can start a small mowing service in our neighborhood. The female employee that helped us was so informative and patient with all of his questions. We went in for just a mower, but left with a mower, trimmer and blower. He is beyond excited! We will definitely be going back!

I highly recommend this store. The store was clean. All five of the store associates that I spoke with were helpful, pleasant, smiling, acted like they were happy that you came in their store, and like they enjoyed their jobs. I really enjoyed my shopping experience today. I would have to say that this was due to the positive vibes that I received from not just one store associate, but all five store associates. How amazing is that!!!

The employees in this store went beyond the call of duty to help me buy a vanity. They loaded it on a cart, took it to the cashier and then loaded it in my car without any need to grovel or beg. The cashier took time to explain their policy if it wouldn't fit in my car. Luckily it did and I am thrilled with the great buy that I got. Great people and great products; I highly recommend this store!

The store associates are really friendly always saying hi. They ask if you need help. I have found some items that I didn’t think were available. The store is always in great shape.

They stock 92 5/8" 2x4's as 96", charge you for them, and then get mad when you return to get the right ones, no refunds, no apologies, they just get mad. No customer service, and no ownership of their internal issues.

Will and John (in lumber) provided excellent customer service. They walked me through the steps of a home improvement project I was taking on myself, and patiently answered all of my questions. I will definitely be back to this location.
