Had questions about LED bulbs and got fast service. Great Store!

I went into the store last week & was in a hurry, the young lady working the checkout could tell, I was in a rush, & asked if she may assist, I accepted her offer. She quickly directed me to what I needed, also showed me the different value items of the same items, & was helpful in making a choice of which to pick. I returned to check out, & was paid, & on my way before I would have found the item I was looking for at the competitor. Excellent, help Susan did a great job.

I have been to most Home Depot stores in the surrounding areas. Hillsborough has the most friendliest and helpful associates i have ever experienced in any Home Depot Store. Regardless to which associate you encounter, even if it is not his/her area, they attempt to assist you. If they can not assist or answer your question, they will find the person who can. They are always smiling. They seem to love the job they do. They are also seem very knowledgeable of what they do. I am working on many home projects right now, so I frequently visit the Hillsborough home depot store. Each time I visit, it is such a great experience. I love my Hillsborough home depot store.

Home Depot always has competitive prices. The associates at the Hillsborough Home Depot are its biggest asset. Everyone is always friendly and willing to help! Always a positive experience!

The sales associates are always helpful and knowledgeable. I never feel uncomfortable letting anyone know how little I know about home improvement! They are polite, friendly and very respectful! They help me to make good choices AND they have never been pushy about the sale!

We purchased an outbuilding/shed at a WONDERFUL price, and were excited about having it delivered and set up on our property. Unfortunately, circumstances forced us to cancel the purchase and we were frustrated with that turn of events. We dreaded asking Home Depot for a refund and expected that they would balk at losing such a sizable sale. They were WONDERFUL! Could not have been nicer! Walked in and loaded lumber. Associate asked if I needed help while I was loading on cart. Asked for someone to cut lumber to length. They got to quickly and I was out the door! I like this store.

I come to this store almost every week, and it has never disappointed. The employees are great, freindly, and always help you find what you're looking for!

store was clean ,three bathrooms, the plants in the garden center were all fresh ,perky, and recently manicured.the associate, Scotty ,was very helpful and knowlegeable , about multiple items in throughout the store.and alot of patience.

i was having trouble finding the porch and floor paint, but mike in paint took me right to it (instead of just pointing me in a direction). then we had a pleasant conversation while the can was in the mixer. its nice to see quality customer service like that, keep it up!

This store is very well organized. I found it easy to find the products I needed. Great garden center. There were plenty off associates and they were knowledgeable and friendly.. I did not wait long in checkout, and they offered to load my purchases in the car for me. I like the quality of Home Depots products and the store layout was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this store.

As always the store was clean, associates all friendly and readily available for my questions which is what brings me back!
