Plenty of help in the aisles ready to assist with a smile!

Needed assistance with some bleach and although not his area the associate assisted me very quickly, and was extremely nice...he answered all my questions about outdoor and reg bleach...great associate

We have been shopping around for carpet and were actually going to go to Lowes to buy. When I talked with an associate from Home depot she was very knowledgeable about the carpet and gave us some great tips to save money. We set up to be measured that day! Great customer service ! Will definitely return for other large purchases!

I have been very pleased with the availability of store associates to help me as well as the quality of the help that they provide. I usually don't have to look very far to find one that can help me with my questions. I appreciate this since I generally visit the store with one or two items that I need and wish to get in and out as quickly as possible.

I wanted to find healthy looking bedding plants on my first search and did not have time to look all over town to find what i wanted. I went to The Home Depot because I knew I'd find what i was looking for there. Thank you Home Depot for saving me time to do other things i needed to do!

An irritating problem has developed at Home Depot. I NEVER have a job number or purchase order. WHY AM I BEING ASKED THIS? The check our associates are ALWAYS very helpful and friendly. Clearly the corporate offices are interfering with the normal, professional functions and activities of the store associates.

I went in the store not knowing exactly what I would need to do the projects that I was working on. But the associates did, they had the answers for what I needed.The associates were friendly and very helpful. They did not rush me, but took the time to listen to what I was trying to do.Then they told me what I would need to do the job. It was a very nice experience because of these good people.

The gentleman working the paint counter, was spot on when suggesting a color for my daughter's bedroom!

I always get excellent customer service at this store and I never have to stand in line. Helpful associates if you ever have a question.

I needed some side panels for my house and no one and I mean no one anywhere knew where to find replacements. The house is from the 1920s. Finally I went to Home Depot and talked to the pro desk. I took a sample and not only did they research for over a hr they found the exact match and special ordered it for me. I'm very impressed. The pro desk at Lowes should be changed to the Amature desk. each time I went to lowes they weren't able to help.

I was impressed by Home Depot's Prices compared to Lowe's Home Improvement. The only thing Lowe's Home Improvement does better than Home Depot (EXCEPT SUPPORT #48 THE GREAT JIMMIE JOHNSON) is that Lowe's offer all Veterans 10% discount on all purchases. Home Depot should do the same.

Store could be better organized but has everything in stock. Employees very helpful and pleasant

Store employees are knowledgeable, courteous, helpful, and in every way professional. Each employee is "customer service" oriented. This is very different than other nearby Home Depot stores. Walk in to the store in Hillsborough (27278) and you are asked "cab I help you find what you are looking for?" If you look like you are looking for something while shopping, you are asked "Do you need help finding what you are looking for?" When you check out, you are asked "Did you find everything you are looking for." These are standards that should be followed at 1) other stores, 2) managers, 3) corporate EMPLOYEES.

I was extremely happy with the associate's help looking for carpet and choosing the correct one that I would enjoy for years to come.

I have visited this store many times and it has always been clean, neat, and seems to have what I want. The employees are extremely helpful and polite. This visit, I ordered the delivery for a washer and dryer. Everything was taken care of very professionally and in a timely manner. Michelle McDonald helped me get exactly what I wanted. We are even going to meet for lunch one day soon. Such a nice person!

I always seem to have a good experience at this location - staff is always ready to help and store is usually clean and well stocked !

I enjoy shopping at Homedepot everyone is real friendly and helpfull when needed. You can find most any thing in the building line you need.

Recently in the Hillsborough, NC HomeDepot. The sales associates were extremely helpful in helping me decide which products I needed to make my out door space a wonderful place to spend time. Definitely will return to your store. Wonderful people!!!!

Associates always know where things are and they help load heavy items on cart and into our car.

I can't tell you how many times I go to this store and the associates are so willing to help me and/or my wife. Today without knowing we would buy a dehumidifier they associates looked at all of the models and helped me compare regardless of a sale. In the end they got a sale. Great job crew!
