This trip was for a few supplies I needed for a camping trip. I know I can get some items here that would cost me more and not be as good quality at other camping or sporting goods stores. Associates are either available to help or often ask if I need help I actually know the store very well but from time to time things get moved and an associate is always there to help me relocate the item. If I think I can get the product at the Hillsborough Home Depot I will try there first before going other places.

Manager was prompt to answer questions and made me feel like my concerns were of the highest importance.

The entirety of my visit to this Home Depot was great! The store associate Addison was VERY helpful and showed me everything I asked about! He was extremely kind and knowledgable about the different plants and what could be used where in my yard without being overbearing at all! Along with showing me plants he was able to show me bricks I could use as a barrier for my blueberry tree and a way to assemble them! I couldn't have asked for a better experience at Home Depot! He also introduced me to the Home Depot mobile app, which I find now to be quite useful.

Caulk guns should be located in areas where they will be needed such as painting gutters and plumbing

Friendly and helpful... While I was shopping, whenever an employee walked by me, they would smile, ask me if I was finding everything okay and whether or not I needed any help. Today I didn't need any but it was great to know I wouldn't have to hunt to find someone if I did! Plus, when I do need some help, they genuinely seem happy to be of assistance...no matter how complex my need is or whether we have to travel all over the store!! Another time recently, I wanted to make a return for an item that I'd had beyond the return time frame but they worked with me anyway and I was able to make the return and spend that money on items I needed from Home Depot. Great store...even better employees!

My recent experiences at a number of Home Depot stores have been notable because of the helpfulness of the employees.
