While searching for rechargeable batteries, I was pleasantly aided by a most affable store associate. With her knowledge of the product displays, she was able to locate the item that I couldn't find. This young lady is truly an asset to the Hilltown Store.

The store is clean and there are plenty of helpful associates to assist you. The checkout process is a pleasure - cashiers are very friendly and helpful.

Holly and Paula from the flooring dept. were so helpful and made my visit enjoyable and stress free. Both were very knowledgable about everything I needed to know for the job I am having done. I would recommend them to anyone that is having flooring done. I will be returning for my next project,

An associate gave me advice that changed my buying decision. He saw I was looking for lawn/garden sprayers and came up and helped me without asking.

the store was clean and brightly lit. The associates were available and ready to help. They know where every product is and are knowledgeable about same. This store is very much improved over previous visits where there was not one associate available for help. Very happy shopping experience.

This store is so nice as can get help easily and have everything in stock.

Thanks to Curtis in the plumbing department for helping me create a vent for my free standing A/C. Curtis created a vent for me on his own time at home and I could not be more pleased with it. Thanks for helping out a girl with no power tools at home.

An employee working at the merchandise return area did an awesome job and offered a solution to my husband's problem. Thank you for taking the time to help us even though it required more work on your part. In addition, we had three employees ask us if we needed help. Great experience!

Amy the cashier is so friendly and Helpful! I've been shopping at this home depot for over three years for my company, and this is my first time writing a survey. I was absolutely floored by her personality and her willingness to assist me. In over three years I've never had a Cashier ask if i wanted help loading heavy items in my vehicle, or have had some one re-scan and void a purchase because I forgot to ask for the 5% for a commercial business card. the customer care i received from her even though it was in small ways made me feel more likely to push for home depot purchases in the future. P.S. i think she needs a raise and promotion!

My only complaint is that its not a super size like Montgomerville, PA store.

The most important items we wanted showed 3 in stock but when we got to the store there were none on the shelf. An associate named Marilyn actually climbed under the racks to check and see if the product might have fallen down behind. She found it and some other items that were "lost". I must commend Marilyn, and all your associates and cashiers, for their efforts to help customers. We wouldn't keep coming back if it weren't for them. We like talking to people, not machines.

This is a well stocked store with items to support the work you need in the garden, home and yard. You can find items for the professional and the novice. The staff are very willing to provide the help you need.

Had a small fence replacement project and the fence panels where ready and available. I shopped around and could not find a better price on the one we wanted. Would recommend to anyone if their looking to do the same type of project to go to Home Depot for their supplies.

Heather HXM1961 was very friendly and even came out from her register to call us out of a long line to wait on us. She ask if we found everything OK and if we could fill out this survey. When our transaction was complete she even made sure to say Have A Nice Day.

I came to this store for new plants with my wife. We had good luck finding some replacements from this bad winter and the prices were very fair. I also picked up a new Husky Brand Auto and home inflator. Good price and comes with a 2 year warranty. I recommend this store and will be back.

Completely satisfied with my experience in looking for all products ranging from paint for a baby's room, plants for my front, a whisper quiet toilet seat and a new extension shower bar all in one visit. Only needed a little help from an associate and would have been more than happy for a general direction but they walked and talked with to exactly what I needed. I have a Lowe's closer to me but will be making all future trips here. Highly recommended.
