I needed help with taking some strapping off a pallet of fence boards. 2 employees came to my rescue, one even asked me if I needed some help loading my boards. Then as I waited to check out at register 2, another lady came scanned my items, checked me out and I was halfway to my truck before the other person at register 2 was done. This was true customer service and the reason why I will continue to be loyal to Home Depot. I honestly felt appreciated as a customer.

Wide isles to pass carts through. Clean. Cashiers are very friendly but assistance in the departments are hard to find.

The people who work in the store, Home Depot, make it a pleasant experience to shop there. .

I shop from one end of the store to the other. All of the employees greeted me and offered me assistance through out the store. Very friendly experience.

My husband and I are new to home repair and renovation. The sales associates were very helpful. They were patient with us and made sure that we understood what we needed to do when we started our project.

I always go to Home Depot even if it's easier to go elsewhere. The staff is usually very friendly and helpful.

Went to the store for some custom home windows. Was able to get assisted immediately. The store assistant was able to design exactly what i needed with quotes.

I shop here for several specific items because a competitor never has them. This will make the third time I stop in and they are both in stock. Just simply made my day. Also love that I can just go to check out and there are no long lines. As a customer the end experience of how long the waiting time to check out is always remembered.

Me and my wife have been here multiple times. We have remodeled our kitchen, our baby room, and now our living room. Each time the sales associate in the flooring department has been our 'go to guy'. He has helped in multiple ways from helping us with the new promotions that are going on or discounts that are available, product locations, checking out items for us and holding them until we are ready to leave. I have been impressed by this associates work ethic, experience, attitude, and knowledge. He is definitely one of the reasons that we keep coming back and as most of us home owners know once you buy a house the improvements never stop.

The item I was purchasing was too large to fit inside my truck and I had another stop to make before returning home so I was allowed to leave item with cashier while I went to another business.

Bristian approached me and offered assistance without me asking. He was very nice and professional. He was a big help during my visit and purchase. He should be commended for a job well done! Employees like him is the reason I shop at Home Depot and not at Lowes.

As I made my selection on purchases I had an opportunity to meet Ms. Amber and Mr. Jeff in the help desk (wood Sales). They were both courteous and experienced in my sales. I am not used to this type of assistance. I was very impressed to say the least. Then on another visit I met Mr. Jeff in Plumbing and he gave me 100% assistance and recommended items that made my project very easy. I can't thank them enough as they helped me. I would recommend this store over "Slow's" any day.

The associate that helped me out was Amber. She was so well informed not only about items in her department but was also informed about items in 2 other departments. She went out of her way to go to those areas and answer questions I had about a large re-model job that I am about to start. She was great!

Every time I go to Home Depot in Houma I am more impressed. The staff is extraordinary. There is someone who greets me to ask if I need assistance. As I am walking around every associate who sees me stops to ask if I need assistance. I would not ever step foot in Lowe's again after my very pleasant experience at Home Depot. KUDOS to all associates. Management must be very "hands on" and engaged. It is obvious by the service received.
