Some girls like shopping malls, others prefer Home Depot...I am the later...The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive...

This Home Depot store is so great!!! I am recently doing some home improvement projects & coming to this store is always so lovely as even though the store is huge it doesn't feel that way as there is always a store associate in every corner who is always willing to help. It definitely makes my shopping a breeze! Thank you Home Depot Hutto! I highly recommend it with no reservation!

Great customer service. Friendly employees. Anytime I need to take on a new project this location always has exactly what I need. Highly recommend this location.

My business was handled by a very nice gentlemen. I believe is name was Willie (outside garden area). He helped me find the right soil for what I needed, as well as the correct mulch. He helped me also find good values. Willie went above and beyond to assist me with loading my vehicle and making sure that nothing spilled. I really didn't know what I was doing, but he sure did! Thanks for making my visit special!

The tool rental guys were a little slow but were friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

I love the people who work here. Everyone greets you and asks if you need help without pressuring you. I feel valued when I shop here and I know I can count on each person in their department to give me an honest, knowledgeable, and clear answer to my home building questions.

Special order - estimated date not met, and NO help on several calls to the store, they just told me to call back. Once we went to the store, after the estimated date, the person at the desk told me the product was due in the day prior...but it still showed that it hasn't shipped to them. I know not to count on estimated dates, but I had hopes that they would be at least close, maybe a few hours off or a day or so...but they can't even call the correct people now that it's after 5 on a Friday...so I've lost the entire weekend of planning...again, sort of my fault, but if someone would have helped on ANY of my calls to check on status, they could have prevented my disappointment and at least called where it was coming from to give me some type of projected estimated date that wouldn't just leave me hanging.

Store charges more than the items are listed for online. I find this to be dishonest.

This store was clean . The workers were aware of the shoppers . Very nice people and they all had a big smile .

The store greeter was an awesome elderly man who made you feel welcome instantly. The cashier young lady was so helpful at self check out. She scanned our items for us and then allowed us to pay ourself. Made things go smoothly and efficiently. I normally shop their competitor and I believe I will be returning here as long as they have the items I need.

The experience my husband and I had with the Hutto Home Depot was much more inviting and pleasant than with our more closer Home Depot stores. We live about 25 miles from Hutto and for convenience, we’re more apt to patronize our local store for smaller items.

Horrible customer service. The returns cashiers and management are snippy and unprofessional. The lot loaders will stare at women loading their cars and never help unless it is to get the cart after the woman has unloaded it all by herself. It is going on 2 years and I can count on 1 hand the amount of time that customer service was good.

The employees are knowledgeable and always helpful. Very much recommend shopping at this HD.

I have shopped at Hutto since the store opened! I like Hutto better than other stores because of the friendly and knowledgeable employees. They know their products, especially in the electrical and appliance departments.

Store is always very clean, and all merchandise is easy to find due to the signs that are posted at each isle! All employees are always friendly and helpful

Abby in the paint department was so very helpful. She taught me some things I didn’t know about paint. She was professional and personable. What a wonderful employee to represent Home Depot.

I've never walked in to this store and not felt as if everyone knows me. I'm asked right away, "What project are we starting this time?" I feel as if they are a part of my own work crew. I love my Home Depot!

Great experience at the Hutto Home Depot. If your shopping around for appliances, go by Home Depot and see Pearl. Pearl was awesome and very informative! My wife and I were shopping around for appliances, we went to several stores and websites, stopped at Home Depot and realized we could have just started and finished there after we were helped by Pearl!

Very nice and clean store. Friendly associates. We purchased a dishwasher from Pearl in the appliance department. If you are planning to shop Home Depot for a major appliance we recommend going to see Pearl at the Hutto store. She is fantastic.

The Home Depot at Hutto is very clean and the employees are friendly. Pearl was very helpful as we needed a certain stove at a certain price and she was able to get it for us. She was patient, kind, and professional.

if you want great customer service and like to be treated with respect, make sure and ask any employee where to go or what to get and any one of the employees will be able to help you. This store is great, I'm really impressed!

Everything I needed on the list of about 100+ items, was available except 2 small items. I was very satisfied with the experience and being able to find the light mountings, door stops, passive door knobs, lock door knobs, all the faucets I needed, wall covers, etc. I wished I’d saved the receipt on the 12 - 5 gallons of paint and paint supplies I purchased a few days ago so that I could have taken that survey as well! Thanks for making my shopping experience a breeze and having the items I needed in stock!
