Went to the store to buy an electrical product and wanted to know how to install it. The Associate gave me a step by step lesson which was great. I went home and followed her instructions and had no problem ding the job.

This store is not as close as others, but the variety and quantity of product drew me. The employees were the best I have encountered.

This store has been like a roller coaster in the service department. In the beginning service was great. ANd then it fell off about a year after it had opened. Apparently a new manager came in and squared the store away! Of course he was a veteran, Marine. He did well and got promoted. All his replacements since then have been marginal at best. The staff is there to collect a check, and they do not place customer service as a priority. Sometimes they are rude, and unprofessional. Or is some cases I cant understand them speak English. I now go to Lowe's more than I ever did in the past.

We went in looking for a grill and after awhile we finally got to talk to an employee who was able to help us. Unfortunately, we were told that the grill we came to buy, had to be ordered online, wish we had known that before hand. The cashier was very helpful, we had forgotten our store credit card and he was able to assist.

I was able to find everything I needed at the Alexandria Store!

The only thing I have to say is that all the people at this store are very friendly and it does not matter what they are doing at the time when you need help they will help you with a smile on there face and I am a contractor and time is money so the quick assistance means everything to me.

Murlie was a big help. She helped me find the fios replacement battery and assisted me with placing my order online. She was friendly, professional and courteous.

We over-bought during a remodel project. When we finally returned the items, could not find receipts. No problem, clerk just issued store credit card. Like that will be a problem to use! Thanks, HomeDepot!!

I like being able to order online and pick up at counter. The store is very big which is good for variety but when you just need one or two things quickly the online pickup is a great service.
