I am always amazed at the willingness and knowledge of the store associates to help and advise me if necessary. I also appreciate the ability for associates to go on-line to order and ship direct to me products not in the store without adding shipping charges I also appreciate seeing associates w/ disABILITIES working there. As a wheelchair user w/ a service dog it means a lot to me that such inclusion is practiced. I also appreciate the diversity in age, gender, and ethic backgrounds working at the store. I must also tell you that I often ask if they like working at the store and my answer is always yes! Keep up the good work

I was looking for a garage door no clue what to look for salesperson: ARQ790 help he was a blessing thanks again.

I've used this store for several home improvement projects and to build my personal studio. I almost always find what I need and anytime they didn't have my item in stock an associate was able to order it for me!

Had to search around to find the trim moulding but that wasn't much of a problem. Satisfied with the shopping experience.

The items I wanted were available and at a fair and affordable price. I had searched on line and at the local location of other vendors for the past 2 weeks for these items to no avail--but it finally dawned me to check Home Depot and Home Depot had the items on site in stock. (A battery-powered string of 20 clear Christmas lights and a sticky backing with which to put up a picture on the wall without damaging the wall's painted surface.)

Nice friendly people that work there and there are some great problem solving people to help with ideas on projects.

Was looking for a new garbage disposal to replace my old one(Badger 5). Looked at the replacement on homedepot.com. It is a Badger 5-81 1/2 hp. That particular one is only available online at Home Depotnfor $84.06 with free shipping. It was an emergency and I couldnt wait for shipping. After doing research online and reading some forums about the Badger, I found Home Depot carried the Badger 500 for $99.96 which is the same product just marketed for Home Depot. I took this one to the customer service counter and spoke with John E and showed him where other Home Depot's had matched the online price of the Badger 5 for the in store price of the Badger 500. He was very kind to do the same. I give a BIG thanks to the Independence Missouri Home Depot and John E. for going that extra step.

Associate knew exactly what aisle to send us to. Associate knowledgable and helped with grouting needs.

On web plenty of disposals but need to be shipped into store. Location stock is little. Mine was leaking and needed replaced so unhappy with stock bought cheep.

The associates and managers on the floor are great! They are always asking if we need help with finding anything and always helpful. I haven't had a bad experience yet!

Of all the times I've visited Home Depot this particular shift was very friendly and knowledgeable!

I asked and was told where I would find what I needed, when I got there an associate showed me what I wanted. It was quick and they were very professional. My experience was excellent and I will return to this store in the future.

The store was clean and easy to find the item that I was looking for. I needed assistance from a store associate and I received it right away and in a pleasant manner. The store is so much fun to shop and it has everything I need for my home.

I was looking for a certain drill bit to go with 2 1/2 inch screws. A nice employee stopped asked me if I need help. I explained what I needed and why I needed the bit and what I was doing and he helped me get the correct one and explained the best way to use it and drill the screws. I appreciate that he asked questions so that I knew I had the right product. Thank you.

I didn't have my receipt, but the clerk looked it up so I could make my returns.

The store was clean and well organized. I found everything I was looking for and came out with more than what I went to purchase.

The floor associate was rude and not helpful. We were ignored at the Customer Service desk. When we finally got our items, the cashier was the only saving grace of the visit. She made our overall experience excellent. She more than made up for the incompetence of the other associates.

I didn't realize Home Depot provided equipment rental until we checked the website. The closest Home Depot did not rent equipment but the Independence store did. We had a great experience from being greeted the first thing we stepped into the department to Nevin's help in showing us the type of equipment we were looking to rent. We were taken through instructions on how to operate the equipment and given contact info to call if we ran into any problems. Great customer service and we have already recommended this store to a couple of friends and family members who rent equipment from time to time.

Store is always clean but help is a little hard to find especially in flooring.

The prices here are very decent. Helpful associates willing to assist in searching for items, loading items, and giving tips on installation.

The associate for the online order pick up on the morning of 9/1/2015 was a very good employee. This male associate was quick, very helpful and did a great job getting help to get my item loaded. I would seek out an associate like this person anytime. Great job mister associate.

My wife and I came in to get flooring for our home. The staff members were very helpful and knew exactly what we needed. I highly recomend them.
