If you are looking to purchase appliances, Carl is your man. He is extremely kind and went out of his way to make sure we had all the information needed to make an informed decision on our purchase. Our experience here was great all the way from our initial trip looking at appliances to the purchasing and check out.

We have ALWAYS found the folks at Home Depot friendly, courteous and willing to help. The Pro Desk folks are very knowledgeable and though OFTEN busy (as any pro knows...) they are able to take whatever time needed to assist us with our projects, it makes our choice easy on where we prefer to shop.

They have now hired helpers that actually help you right away. Great for my older generation! Good Job Mercedez!

Home Depot beats the competition hands down with quality, professionalism choices and wide variety of products and so much more! if you are not shopping at Home Depot you are missing out on so much. Great competitive pricing as well. They even gave me and my wife a free soda while we waited for assistance, and that didn't take long at all. I could not be more satisfied with the service !

When it comes down to it, anyone can sell construction materials and the like. The key ingredient is customer experience and satisfaction. I was walking to checkout ready to start my project when an employee approached me. He was professional and polite but advised me that if I intended to install the faucet that I had into the vanity sink that I also had I would be making a return very soon because I had picked the incorrect faucet type. I was oblivious to anyone around me headed for the checkout but this employee took the time to visually scan what I was going to purchase from his area of responsibility and made sure I not only had everything I needed but the correct things that were needed. Dale it was a pleasure speaking with you and I appreciate you helping me out and I hope Home Depot realizes just how valuable employees like you are. Because of folks like you I am a repeat customer for all my projects. You ROCK Dale!

Typically when I have visited Home Depot, it is very difficult to find help, especially if you just want an in & out trip. Today Kim (Garden Dept) asked if I needed help as I walked past & personally took the time to take me to two areas that had the products I needed, just to be sure I found the right ones. Success & quickly! I thanked her for her help & because of her attention & fun personality, I now won't be driving past, but will again give Home Depot a stop.

I purchase some composite decking and the two men behind the pro desk were very helpful and helped me to get all the material I needed along with their expert advice. Thank you.

The Independence, Missouri Home Depot is a great place to make purchases for your home. The employees are friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help.

This HD is always a convenient in & out for me. Great location & usually well staffed w friendly, helpful & professional service. They also seem to b well staffed at checkouts all the times we go in which is very important!

This is the only fix-it store I go to. I have found the help I needed so why go anywhere else? Most of the time my needs are met and most employees are helpful.

The employee's are always friendly to me and I appreciate that. Always willing to give me their opinion on a product when I ask for it , because there is times I'm not for sure about a product.

Always clean, always easy to find what we need, and always prefer coming to this store vs our nearest Lowes.

If you need appliances for your home like we did when we purchased it we stopped in to Home Depot just by chance and then the gentleman named Carl Black. He is absolutely amazing. He should be your point of contact for any Appliance needs for your home. He finds what you need and are looking for and finds the appliances that fix those needs and even explains features and benefits between a couple of sets so that you can compare. I was blown away by his customer service and I've been in the customer service industry for 20 years

I enjoyed the good customer services.

I love this store, I needed roofing material and my husband was too busy to go get it. So I get to go shopping. I got assistance when I walked down the roofing section. The sales associate was very knowledgeable and he helped me with my purchase explaining things along the way.

We had a particular item that we wanted to purchase. We called ahead and were told they did carry that product. The floor staff helped get the decking down and onto the buggy. Then the cashier, Barbara was very helpful, helping us sign up for the Home Depot card. All staff were helpful and anxious to help.

I was pleased with my visit today. I usually go to a different location but was grateful that this location was as pleasent as I'm used to.

Andrew Farnen made all the difference with his excellent customer service and knowledge of products. It's people like Andrew that will keep customers coming back to the Depot over other competitors.
