I paid for a new snow blower online. I went to curbside to get it and the item brought out was dusty and used. The assistant said he think it was a display item. I paid for a new item and was never informed I would get a display. I will return it for my refund.

I am always in need of something for my home. This Home Depot is my first choice and always find what I need. Recently bought blinds for my home and they work perfectly.

I was there for return and online order. BRANDY the customer service lady went above and beyond to solve my problem. I had a problem with my store credit every time I tried to use my cards it said the name not matched. And when I asked for help from the self checkout cashiers they will say the same thing. But with BRANDY when I told her about my problem she took the time to check the problem and asked around and in the end solve it for me. It appears that when the person gave me the store credit they will scan my ID but the will write my name wrong. No one took the time to believe me or trying to solve the problem.. they assume that wasn't my card. But BRANDY took the time and went above and beyond to help me with this problem and helped me also to place an online order. Thank you BRANDY... keep the amazing work.

Lumber dept was a mess. Pallet of wood just sitting on the floor blocking the isle so you had to go around. No lumber carts available. They all had wood just being stored. I left without buying the lumber I needed for my privacy fence.

I needed some storage shelves and they had a good selection. The ones I needed were in stock so I could take them with me.

While the employee that assisted us was very courteous the store had things locked up that I have never seen anywhere else in the metro. Hire security instead of making your customers feel like felons on the run! I would never go back

I will be back as soon as veggies are out. Your tomatoes were good last year. Lots of Heirlooms.

The staff at the Independence Home Depot have always been very helpful and knowledgeable with any of my questions and items needed for my projects
