I went to pick up a shower for my spare bathroom. I ended up having to order one through Home Depot.com and it was a much better product and actually cheaper! Taylor, my associate, was very helpful and the whole experience took less than 10 minutes! Thanks Taylor!

I highly recommend Naomi Ruth if you are planning on a kitchen remodel. She is a great listener and is knowledgeable about all the cabinet choices available through HD. She steps you through the process and is calm and patient with changes. She is able to produce 3D color designs of your plan that help those that cannot visualize the space like me. She has great ideas and seems to enjoy helping people design their kitchen space. Definitely, ask for Naomi. She is the best!

Tim, the gentleman who works at the front of the store is a true asset to your location. He loves his job and it shows in the excellent customer service he provides. He has greeted me with a "hello" and friendly smile each time I enter the store. If I do not know where something is, he either points it out or personally walks me there. I used to dread going into home improvement stores. Tim has changed my perception of them. Customer service like that is a rare thing. He's a keeper!

I came in looking for bathroom tiles and found exactly what I needed. The store associate was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. She happily helped me find what I needed. The cashier was also extremely friendly. I was in and out of the store in no time at all!

Very helpful store service, the woman who assisted us was very knowledgeable. The greeter was kind and welcoming. I would suggest Home Depot to any family or friends.

I would recommend people continue to compare customer concern and satisfaction against LOWES anytime. The meet and greet at the front door is a great added touch.

We had an amazing experience working with Naomi when we were designing our kitchen. She was patient, explained everything thoroughly and there was no pressure to make a decision right away. She helped us pick out everything from the counter top to the back splash to the floor tile and didn't stop with options/combinations until we were completely satisfied!! I would defiantly recommend working with her!!

I was so worn out and so incredibly tired yet I HAD to get this flooring ordered. The customer service person was so nice and so understanding. I worked in customer service most of my life and I can tell you first hand that the associates at my Inver Grove Heights Home Depot are the very best. I love walking in and getting smile after smile AND the most friendly service - no matter which department I need help in. Thank you for being my home improvement first stop.

I purchased 4 products that were labeled at a price I could not pass on. When the associate scanned the items they rang up at an even lower price. Instead of honoring the price that was in the computer with the matching description of what I was buying, she raised the price to what was labeled by using a generic sku because the computer would not let her raise the price of an item higher than what it rang up as.

If I remember correctly her name was Kathleen and she made my day. The most cheerful, helpful, sincere, and considerate front line staffer I have dealt with in ages. Nio thousand yard stare no mechanical said it a thousand times "find what you were looking for" or whatever the staff is trained to say. For the brief amount of time it took to handle my sale she was came across as truly invested and interested in knowing how my shopping had gone and wished me a good rest of the day. just a real treat to go through her checkout line. I have since returned to the store for other needful items that I could have bought at Menards or Lowes both of which are closer to where I live but for that kind of customer service I went the extra distance to go her checkout line. I hope you treat her the other great staff you have in a fair and decent manner minimizing turnover so shopping at basically a lumber yard can be a pretty darn good experience in part because one can begin to count on a certain dedicated crew to be there ready to help and serve the customer in manner becoming hard to find in the retail world.

the store was clean and well lit and organized. Especially great to have a very knowledgeable and courteous carpet manager to assist you and answer your questions. Ashley was very polite and would recommende her anytime to all our friends and acquaintances if ever they are in need of new carpeting, remodeling or other needs. Chris was very helpful as well. This visit to this store was precipitated by remodeling my properties located in St. Paul Minnesota. Great service.

I took part in a free tiling class with Chris. I have never tiled before but now I know I can do so on my own. Chris was a great help and a great teacher! Afterward, my checkout was done at his desk and all my purchases were loaded for me and out to my truck. Outstanding!!

Recently moved to the Inver Grove Heights area and have shopped at this store numerous times since we have moved to our new home. We have been very impressed with the service we have received at this store. Everyone is always helpful in answering questions. They have staff that actually asks if you need help if they pass you in the store, rather than just walking by you. Our last purchase was for blinds in the window treatment dept. Chris Reicherts helped us to place our order and we were very impressed by his knowledge and patience in helping us with our order. Will continue to shop at the Inver Grove Heights Home depot, because of the great service!

Every associate I dealt with was Knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. The cashiers (Kathleen and Deb S. were super friendly and efficient. they both deserve an "attagirl"

I AM VERY UPSET THAT HOMEDEPOT DOES NOT STOCK FUZE TEA ANYMORE!! I HAVE SPENT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS AT THIS BUSINESS AND THEY TOOK THE TEA AWAY. I ALWAYS BUY ONE WHEN I SHOP THERE. NOW I CAN'T

We have always had good experiences in this store. Chris in rentals has been so knowledgeable and helpful with so many of our projects, Helen, Liz and Shelly in paints are the best and there are so many others that we have been helped by in the last few years, sorry I don't know everyone's name. We have used Home depot installers for our air conditioning, whole house generator, new roof, and screen door with total satisfaction. our deck and renovations with your products, some we did, some done by professional. always satisfied. can't remember all we have done with your products but no complaints. thanks.
