Home Depot usually has the products i need and has a great selection - especially in the Paint and Gardening departments - but was always satisfied in other departments.

Thanks for having what I needed in one trip. Found items on-line before driving 40 miles to store. Everything listed as in-stock at the store was!!!

I have purchased appliances in the past- the customer service is equal to none! We asked about the appliance that we were interested in- the associate was very knowledgeable answering our questions. We found what we needed with the assurance we had made the correct choice for our family. The best part was the free delivery!!

Angie provided exceptional customer service in helping us decide on a counter top. We were very impressed at how easy it was to get the layout, price and select exactly what we needed!

The help I received from Niki buying a refrigerator over & above what I expected. She also went to lawn & garden & helped me there even though it wasn't her department. Then she helped me with checking out. FANTASTIC SERVICE!!!!!!

I especially appreciated the cleanliness of the bathrooms. Just wish the store was closer. It is a 100 mile drive from my home.

The items i needed were easy to find, i used a flat cart to carry the bags of soil and fruit and vegetable food. Upon leaving the outside lawn and garden section of the store, the isle i choose to take to leave the store was blocked by 3 pallets, one on either side of isle and one in the middle so i had to turn around and go down the next isle to exit the store and go to my truck to load my items.

I was very pleased with the availability of the products, and the cost of the products. Everything was cheap and easy to find. I had associates of the store ask if I was finding everything okay, and if I needed any help finding anything. I was very pleased wiTh the store, and the workers. I always feel at ease when I have to go to Home Depot because I know that I will always get the assistance that I need.

Came to the store not really sure exactly how I wanted the shelf above my bed. While I was looking at trim material Fred Fox asked me if I needed any help. I explained my rough idea and he gathered pamphlets to show me some examples. I told Fred that I needed to buy something ready made as my husband was not able to build something for me. Fred told me that he could build something right at the store if I developed the design and picked out the materials. I can't begin to tell you how excited I was to hear this.. Within two days I had a beautiful shelf that far exceeded me dreams. I have looked for months to find just the right piece and couldn't believe how lucky I was that Fred and Home Depot provided such a terrific service. Since I have hung my shelf and posted pictures of the final result I have had many compliments on Fred's work and I have told my Home Depot story with glowing reviews many times. Thanks again.

We've had nothing but good experiences at this store. We used this store for purchasing the flooring and its installation in our retirement home. The process was very smooth and the store employee was very knowledgeable and professional. Recently, we visited the store for spring improvement purchases. An employee pointed out exactly where our requested item was. Another employee carried out the patio furniture we picked out. When we got home we realized we had forgotten one of the bags. When we returned the next day, the store employee remembered us , apologized that they were unable to catch us before we left, and went out of her way to give us the forgotten items. We've shopped at this store numerous times and have always had a positive experience from a very professional and friendly staff.

I thoroughly appreciate the assistance of the staff at the Iron Mountain store. They have always been very helpful and have answered any questions that I have. They will quickly help me find the item that I am looking for. They are very pleasant and helpful during the check out process. I am so greatful that they help me load any heavy purchases into my truck.

The associates are typically very knowledgeable.... and the price options are always fair.

I love the garden section And get most of my planting supplies and plants there. I wish the care for the plants while offered would be better ... Mike was very understanding and helpful - all plants I bought over the years are growing nicely IF they were in good condition - particularly WATERED at the time of buying.

Most impressed with sales associate Gerd Kortmann. We never intended to buy our lawnmower the day we came, However, Gerd immediately worked with us to learn what we were looking for. It became apparent that we found the right mower, and so we bought that day. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and is a great asset to your store.

In & out items are where you would expect them to be so you can get in and get out

The products were very easy to find and it was very clean! The associates are always really helpful every time I go there. I recommend shopping here for all your house needs.

Having an associate available to answer every question I had about a refrigerator and a stove, made the choice to purchase easy. I wasn't even looking to buy today but walked out with both! Having someone answer questions without them even knowing if you are going to buy, was very welcoming! This associate is a keeper!

We needed a live animal trap to relocate a raccoon that has been frequenting our deck. Knowing where to look for an item is a real time saver. On line I checked to see if the item was available, the price, and exactly where to find it in the store. Such a great time saver, thanks Home Depot.

The employees at this store really make it special. So friendly and helpful. Excellent products and if we have had any problems with anything the store manager has contacted us promptly and taken care of it, or any store employee has gone out of their way to make sure it was right. Love it!

i shop here alot it's much cleaner than mexico and very easy to find stuff.

We found a fun garden gift for my mom that I had never seen anywhere else! Employees were helpful and we were able to look at items we will need for home projects later!

All associates were very helpful as i walked around the store sort of "browsing". When i finally settled on what i went into the store to purchase, i was assisted, all questions were answered, and the employee found a cart for my purchase. I bought a table saw which isof considerable weight and was assisted in loading it into my pickup. Service such as this is a plus in my book

Char, an associate in the mill works dept. was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She was very patient in helping me with a garage door repair issue. She was cheerful and provided helpful feedback during our discussion.
