Store was clean and The Associates in the Garden Dept . were very kind and helpful .were readily available to help me and to assist me .

Customer service was excellent. I dealt with the store manager Ray and Jasminda in customer service. They went above and beyond to help me with the issues I was having. I am very thankful for the help and assistance they gave me!

Kelley in appliances helped us with a dishwasher purchase. She was very knowledgeable, helpful and above all courteous. She made the purchase a pleasure.

I have had numerous opportunities to shop at the Jasper, GA Home Depot since purchasing a home there in December 2014. Every visit is an pleasurable experience. The store is always in order, the associates friendly and knowledgeable. When thinking of home purchase needs Home Depot in Jasper is my store of choice.

We are getting ready to do some remodeling & Sharon @ HD JASPER was so helpful & instrumental in getting us connected to the proper people!!! She shared with us different options for contacting as well as for financing, etc... We are super stoked to be getting this project under way!!

Great ladies night event at Jasper, GA Home Depot Store.

I appreciated the fact that Home Depot had a knowledgeable associate standing at the garden center entrance. He helped expedite my order and as I was in line for check out I watched him help others.

Ordering online and picking up in the store is fast, easy and accurate. No waiting, items are ready. This is my preferred method.

So nice to have our Home Depot store close by. The associates are very helpful and customer service oriented.

I like this store very much. The staf is extremely friendly and they are always helpfull. The service is better then you expect.

We always purchase HOme Depot gift cards for weddings, anniversaries, all occasions. People are really appreciative of these! Also, the Do-It-Herself monthly workshops are a treat for me and other lady friends. We meet around 6:15, are seated, offered a lovely light dinner from local restaurants (from the best Woodbridge Inn/Madelines Cafe, to the pizza/sandwich shops). I personally enjoy learning about the newest products carried by HD and purchased three items last night that were presented to us during the Workshop. We are considering a shed?structure? for our gas utility cart, depending on our community covenants, and have confidence that HD will work with us to satisfy the requirements. Last month, we contracted a HD recommended company to refinish our hardwood floors (they look super!). At a workshop last year, we heard about HD contract to maintain our heating/AC. A very nice man came to our home, looked at equipment, offered his HD services, and we enrolled in your program. We also purchased our washer/ dryer at HD. AND ALL THOSE GIFT CARDS for even the most picky folks! Thanks for giving me the opportunity to contact the corporate office to brag on your store, services and employees. Exceptional, above and beyond other stores.

This store at Jasper, GA is very clean and the associates are always there to help. They are also very helpful at what you need and patient! There is a lot of kindness at this store and they show the customers they care with respect! I would recommend this store to anyone! It is awesome!

After complaining to a certain Customer Service staffer regarding lack of inventory of certain hardware items, and having already made trips to two HD stores, and still being 3 pcs short, this staff member went to the Woodstock HD store on her own time, paid for the lacking pcs, and had them for me the next am at the Jasper store. She saved me time and money, so I could stay on the job.......and kept me from having to order the items on line and wait another 5 days to finish my project and collect from the client. I am a pro handyman, with no staff, so staying on the job is key to cash flow and success in my profession. She went over and above to keep my business moving forward. Overall the entire staff at this store is very different from any I have experienced, and I found this out when we moved from metro ATL to Ball Ground 3 years ago. Great Store, great location and great staff. Kudos Yall.

My husband and I shop this store all the time both for his business needs (Custom Cabinet Building), and home uses as we are in the beginning stages off building a home. Last year we built a similar shed design based on what you had in the parking lot (the double decker one but we added a side storage area on the side of the shed), everyone in the neighborhood thought it was our home. I recently started attending Ladies night on Thursday and have really enjoyed the time there. The associates are very helpful and a lot of fun. They work well together and interact with all the ladies which makes it very enjoyable! I like to learn to do things for myself and I enjoy DIY projects that I can duplicate and they choose some very simple ones as well as more involved projects and have associates available to help you with you projects or offer their services at another time one on one. I look forward to doing more of these ladies nights to learn as much as I can and hopefully being able to meet more ladies in the area as I'm still new to the Jasper area. Thanks to the Jasper Store for putting so much time and effort into this once a month for us!

The associates do such a great job putting on the HD Ladies night each month. We always learn something new. We return to the store several times a month because of these employees. A special thanks to Robin, Lucas, Tommy, Thomas and Tim.

Ask and you shall receive. Everything I needed to purchase was easily located through my Associate.

EVERY TIME I VISIT THIS STORE I AM ASTOUNDED HOW THE ASSOCIATES KNOW EXACTLY WHAT I WANT AND WHERE IT IS IN THE STORE. I SOMETIMES SEND MY WIFE WITH A SAMPLE OF SOMETHING I WANT, SHE GOES STRAIGHT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SHOWS THEM, THEY EITHER DIRECT HER OR ACTUALLY TAKE HER TO THE PRODUCT WITHIN MINUTES. VERY NICE STORE, LOVELY PEOPLE, ESPECIALLY ROBIN WHO IS VERY HELPFUL AND TAKES A LOT OF TIME TO EXPLAIN THINGS TO ME.

I left an item in the cart in the parking lot and called the store hours later and one of the employees had turned it in. I was so thankful of the honesty.
