The young man was friendly and helpful in all aspects.He located item aisle numbers with his phone and accompanied me to look at them and make my choices.The store was well lighted and clean and the check out was easy and friendly.I then treated myself to a flowering plant from the garden center!

Everything I needed was readily available. Store assistance was ready and willing to help with loading my lumber and loading my trailer after I checked out. VERY FRIENDLY employees!

Appliance associate, Ashley Hulsey, helped us find just the right refrigerator which was not on the showroom floor. While in the store, I accidentally left my wallet on the service desk counter. Upon returning an hour later, my wallet had been found and put in the store vault. Its contents were perfectly intact!! Employees: Wes, Juanita, Jaz and Mary were VERY helpful and very much applauded with their honesty. You are fortunate to have them working in your store!!

Am always greeted at the door and ask If I need help. Never have trouble while I'm at The store of getting help

The Associate was helpful and knew what I needed and was willing to help me with the best choice. He worked hard to make sure he was able to get two pallets loaded into my truck so I would only have to make one trip home. The cashier was very helpful and knowledgeable about the Home Depot Credit Card services and assisted me in a timely manner. Everyone was very courteous. WE WENT TO BUY PAINT FOR OUR CABIN HOME AND THE SALES ASSOCIATE WAS VERY HELPFUL IN PROVIDING ALL THE INFORMATION WE NEEDED. WE BOUGHT THE PAINT SHE SUGGESTED AND WE ARE VERY, VERY HAPPY! THE CASHIER WAS ALSO A GEM WHEN WE CHECKED OUT.

I love shopping at the Home a Depot in Jasper. The store is very clean and well stocked. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

I am a 61-year-old widow who never had to do any home maintenance. Ever. That was the province of my husband. During the past two years, I have been able to do 99% of all repairs (and upgrades) just by working with my Home Depot team. They have taught me, encouraged me, given advice, and just plain bent over backwards with advice and help. I love this store any everyone in it. Amazing experience.

Zac Robinson helped us in the storage area of your store and went above and beyond to serve us on this simple purchase , a very professional young man who we were blessed with the privelege to meet , we will look for him when shopping there if not for help in the store at least to say hello !!!

I always get what I need quickly here and the staff is helpful.

When I walked in, I was immediately greeted and asked if I needed help. As I walked through the store, at least two other employees offered help. Another was pushing a large cart, but spoke as he walked by. The store looked great and everything was very easy to find.

Ray helped me a lot with best choice on stains and was fantastic through the entire process, very professional. Ray helped me all the way to my truck, I did not have to lift the 5 gallons of stain at anytime. There was another gentleman in painting that help me with the stain, did not get his name, but he was very professional and helpful also, mixed and loaded stain into cart for me. I met Trish as I was going to check out, she was very helpful and professional also, and remembered me from a precious visit to the store. Great job all.

Have been shopping at Home Depot for many years...... For us HD is a shopping pleasure.... We have bought lumber, tools, rugs, flowers, Christmas trees and have even used HD for roofing.... And plan to use HD for having our house stained......

I visited this store to purchase Brick Moulding. While heading to that area, I passed several associates that were either helping customers or stocking their departments or straightening up. I could tell that the "customer experience" is a high priority in this store. The shelves of lumber, for example, were the cleanest and most well stocked I had ever seen in a home improvement store. I needed the help of an associate and had no problem in finding one to help me. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with the brick moulding. Made the whole process very easy! I will definitely be back for another visit in the future!

In, associate pointed me in the right direction for rebar, headed to check out, customer ahead of me had issues that were resolved by a very friendly, professional associate, then checked me out. I enjoyed my encounter & the ease of in & out - Contractor was waiting at my house!

Went to Home Depot for Ladies Night! This is a FANTASTIC group of associates you have putting this on for us ladies. We had previously purchased the items we were looking for at Lowe's. When we went to Home Depot, Thomas, the associate in electrical, offered to help us and guided to a new product that solved all of our problems in installing can lights in our kitchen. Thomas was incredibly friendly, knowledgable, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure we got everything we needed. And, when his store didn't have enough of the product we wanted, he offered to make a call to another store to ensure we had product paid for and ready for us to pick up. Most importantly, his demeanor and genuine desire to help made us feel like this store is the place we want to do business during our home renovation and beyond. Also, the cashier, Jaz, was a complete delight. We had a complicated transaction due to purchasing items in their store as well as items in another store. We were checking out at closing time, but Jaz didn't make us feel rushed, and she served us with a smile and a fabulous personality. This store is truly blessed to have these two incredible associates. They made doing business with Home Depot a total pleasure!!

Our Jasper GA Home Depot is always exceptionally clean. Help is always available and friendly. We have always had a pleasant shopping trip.
