They did not have the product pulled as promised and then they said they did not have the product in stock. Complete waste of time and money!

the over all experience was very good. I was told the right location of a product I was looking for. the cashier 'Marcia' was right on and a pleasure to work with.

Larry was so helpful and knowledgeable. Not only did he take the time to make sure I knew the correct water filtration system that I needed, he was so helpful on how to install it. He gave me the best customer service experience I have had in years, it was refreshing to see this. I am grateful for employees like Larry and Home Depot should be as well. He is truly an asset to Home Depot. I was so impressed with Larry's experience I will definitely be making this my new Home Depot Store. Thank you Larry!

I knew what I needed and where it was located but the Hardware Associate asked if she could help and directed me right to what I needed. The cashier (Julie) was very fast and the line moved quickly. She greeted me with a smile. It's nice to see smiling faces!

My shopping experience with appliance specialist Rich D. was incredible! He was knowledgeable and very helpful in finding a dishwasher that fitted my families needs. There was absolutely no pressure and that was much appreciated! Great store and great assistance in the appliance department! Thank you!

We prefer shopping at the Morrison Home Depot over all other locations. The store associates are typically easy to find and have always been extremely helpful and friendly. Our only complaint is that this location does not always carry all of the things we want or need - sometimes the item is out of stock on the shelf or an item viewed online is only available at larger Home Depot locations.

The store overall was very clean and organized, however in the garden area had an aisle blocked off with dead plants (I assume to be discarded at a later date). Of course this blocked aisle had the items I was in search for. I walked through most of the store and was only acknowledged by 1 associate (probably passed 6-7 associates while I looked around)

I have been shopping at this store since the day it opened. Every employee I have asked for help from has been so friendly and helpful. They have even invited us to bring our dogs in for a visit. The store is always clean and well organized. I too work in retail and enjoy seeing a well faced store when I go in to Home Depot in the morning.

My wife and I needed a new stove. We received fantastic service from Jeff, Rich and Jessica while researching different models, purchasing a model that fit our budget and needs, and receiving a discount. I couldn't be more pleased with their help. I thank HD for hiring and maintaining a customer focused team in Morrison. Expect to get my business again soon.

I shop at HD a lot since i am remodeling my personal residence, and i remodel and resell houses, for a living. The people at the Jefferson County location, at "Hwy 285 and Quincy Ave", are always very helpful. Especially, Corey who (I believe), is the Service Desk Manager. I've had a few issues with damaged products that have been ordered on-line, and she has been very helpful, to work with in resolving my issues.

I was frustrated because when I asked an associate if an item was in stock the reply was: "I don't think so." So I had to ask her to check to get her to do so.

Every time we have visited the store during our construction process has been delightful. The sales staff recognize us and ask about our project and are quick to lend advice and help find products we need. We love the friendly faces and the great advice from the floor staff to the check out. Our laundry appliance purchase experience was extremely helpful and we actually came back to this store because of the service and support.

The guy that helped me measure and purchase large volume tile was very nice. The two guys that loaded my truck were very nice and even even helped get snow out of the truck bed when my arm was in a sling, John & Scott.

I went to Home Depot to purchase a new sump pump and drain piping to replace the existing system that failed at my house. This failure resulted in a flooded crawl space and everything was at a high level of urgency to get in and out of the Home Depot store. Justin and John assisted me in the piping department after I had the sump pump in hand. They went the extra mile to make sure that the new piping was connected to the new sump pump matched the existing sump pump and piping I had brought into the store. They even made sure the piping was glued, connected correctly, and ready to install as soon as I returned home. Once I returned home I was able to install and connect the new system to the existing drain piping. Everything worked perfectly and within three hours the crawl space was empty of standing water. These two employees (Justin and John) saved me time and effort that it would have taken to cut, fit, and glue the pipe myself, so I could install the new sump pump. Some would argue that this is an easy task, but when you have a flooded basement, the simplest of tasks (at a time like this) can be monumental. I'm glad that these two Home Depot employees helped me out. I recommend that they received accommodations for their outstanding customer service.
