was looking for patio blinds and was sent to garden dept then asked another employee and was taken to what i needed then stayed and helped me find rachetting pipe cutters but you don't carry replacement blades

Moved here from Indiana, No close Home Depot available there. Was greatly surprised on my first visit to this store, great Associates very helpful and knowledgeable. Will continue to shop here for all my needs.

The salesperson (Eric) was very helpful, and patient which made my refrigerator shopping experience less stressful. I purchased the GE Profile model, and I'm very pleased.

Buying mulch, associate was very helpful. Store was very clean and organized and easy to find everything I needed. I bought herbs last shopping experience and now I have peppers galore. Basil and rosemary as well.

I love shopping at my local Home Depot store in Jensen Beach in general and when I came across the appliance special online I knew I would have to check it out in the store. Appliance Specialist. In this review, Jose Rodriguez , assisted me on my first visit. he was busy helping other customers, but managed to answer my questions as well. Appliance Specialist, Jen Higgins, assisted me on my second visit. Since I had already been working with Jose, I wanted to make sure that the employees do not get paid on a commission basis. Jen assured me that this was not the case, so I proceeded with her and placed my order for a set of Samsung appliances. Both store clerks were extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and they made by buying decision easier. I look forward to the delivery of my new appliances.

Plenty of stock on item that I wanted. Looked around at other items. Seemed to have plenty of stock of everything that we looked at. Store was clean.

They still have a few good, knowledgeable and helpful associates. I have been shopping at Home Depot for more than 20 years, so by now, I should definitely know my way around the stores. However, there are always times when you do need a little help. This is why I first go online on their website and if I need further assistance, I go see an associate, preferably at the Jensen Beach Store. Beth, Trisha, Eric, Jessica, Alli, Fitz or Akalea, whenever their on duty, always help us with our purchase, even if the product is not in stock or available. We always find an option. Thanks to a good Team, I sincerely appreciate their help over the years. We miss Trisha, we learnt that she was transferred to another Store that will truly benefit from her professional, hands on... skills....very good for that community.

The employees working there are very knowledgeable and very helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure your on the right track.

The help I got from Eric B was so much more than I expected, Did a super job making sure i would get my product when promised and all of it.

Went for an item in doors and windows. Sometimes the associate there has an attitude. The molding I was interested in was a mess to look through. There was not much inventory and then stuff on the shelf was opened and a mess. I asked the associate if they had anything else in the back and why this area was so disorganized. He said it was that particular vendor who was not stocking the items correctly. Just a big excuse to not help me. If your vendor is doing a bad job and your associates see it, I would suggest you either have a talk with the vendor or cancel them. (free advise) Seems relatively easy but it just does not get done. I had to go back a second time to get more of this product and the same experience. If I did not already have this item in my rental I would have not gotten it at all. In the future I will not buy this product again.

The two assistants that help me were great. Friendly and went above and beyond to get what I needed. the cashier was also very nice and helpful before checkout and during checkout.

This store was well stocked and clean. Will shop there again when I am back in Florida.

There are always associates willing to help you! You don't have to hunt them down, they come find you!! My whole family's is Home Depot only :) and I know it is in large part due to the associates at the Jensen Beach store!
