I have come across a good handful of workers at this particular store, the guys in the hardware and tools section were very helpful when I was having issues with a ratchet set. The store is usually pretty packed in the parking lot, but not too bad inside because its so large, will sometimes have to ask for assistance because items can get bought out, but they always try to find more up on the racks or with their computer devices.

This store has good service and many products.

I love going to this Jericho Home Depot. It's very convenient to my house. It appears to carry a larger product line that the other Home Depot do not have. The two issues I have with this particular branch, one, the store tends to ran out of the product I'm looking for. 2) I sometime, especially an hour or two hours prior to closing you can't find knowledge staff that know about the product to help you.
