I was looking for a weed puller and was directed to the item and assisted quickly. I was assisted also at the self checkout. I was in and out of the store in about 7 minutes. It was a great experience.

I was very happy with all the help I got from all the employees.

I like shopping home depot but not Johnson city, the last several visits were bad. The pro desk has no clue and not very helpful. I waste three hours becuase the could not do there job with any knowledge, i ignored the poor service previously thinking they were having a bad day, i cant say that anymore they need to go to Bristol or Kingsport to learn how to treat customers and learn there job. Sorry i sound so hateful but I can't get those 3 hours that was wasted back.

I love coming to The Home Depot because unlike other hardware stores, their employees come up to you and ask if you need help finding anything within minutes of walking in.

The employeesl were helpful and courteous I was able to find everything I was looking for without having to run around the whole store and when I needed help the employees were there I did not have a hard time finding anyone which is a big difference between Home Depot and other Home Improvement stores

Common hand tool inventory somewhat limited......Appears basic items like hacksaw blades and sandpaper are those brands supporting fancier name tools and are more expensive.

The employee that helped us was so kind and was throwing out some flowers that didn't get watered and she knew I was sad about that and she said maybe they will live and be a help to the birds or other animals where they throw them out and she made us feel better and she was so helpful and carried our heavy products to the front for us and lifted the heavier ones onto the cart she went and gathered for us, also. I do not remember her name but she worked in the garden center and was very pretty and wore sunglasses and Helen was very efficient checking us out and told us about the sweepstakes. It was a very nice experience being among kind, helpful, pleasant people and all the beautiful flowers and all the help we received. Thank you.

Our experience was excellent as usual. The employees were very friendly and attentive. The store was clean and orderly, products were faced very nicely.

I can always get help from the employees when I need it. They are always very polite and helpful They will take you directly to the product you are looking for. A much better stocked store than Lowes, in my personal opinion. I have shopped Lowes but much prefer The Home Depot! So I don't shop Lowes anymore.

An associate named Kevin went out of his way to help me find what I was looking for, and never once made me feel like I was bothering him with all of my questions. I really appreciated it.

Ask 2 times for help with 3/4 Birch plywood at Home Depot, NO HELP Got help at Lowe's. I did'nt touch it till I got back to the shop. (8 sheets) I cant afford to bring help with me whin I buy plywood when the store has people who's job is to help you,

I was happy that this Home Depot had a variety of weed killer products. I do however wished they had Ortho Weed B Gon in the concentrate kind. The cashier Ashley was so kind and helpful to me. She acknowledged my serving in the military as well as give me the military discount. She waited patiently while I had to call home for my card number. Thank you Ashley.
