The store was clean and associates friendly and helpful.

Anytime i've gone shopping at my local Home Depot store is very good, & anytime i've needed help, or advise about a product, it's always available from employee's there.

I love going to Home Depot. Everytime I walk in their employees ask me if I need help. (which never happens if I ever go to Lowe's.) Kevin Woods helped showed me where to find everything I needed. Not only did he help me find the products, but he explained how to use all of them. He definitely went above and beyond his call of duty. It's employees like that, that keep me going to this Home Depot! Excellent store experience for sure! Five star rating!!!

Running into the store after work. Need a couple of items. Greeted at the door and pointed in the right direction. As I approach the area a helpful associate asks if I need help and immediately takes me to the items I am looking for. Check out fast and friendly. This is how I think a home centre should be run.

During this short visit, several associates I encountered asked if I needed help finding items. This is typical of my local Home Depot store and I very much appreciate it since I generally dislike "shopping."

Good overall shopping experience. The only issue we had was that the supplies for repairing our toilet weren't where we expected them to be. The lady who assisted us with the other plumbing supplies was very helpful and polite. Will definitely shop there again.

I would like to see a sample of items I see online in the store to physically see it and touch it. Want to make sure it will work for me. Staff have said they can't carry every item Home Depot sells is the usual answer. Makes me look elsewhere for someone who does have it in store display, at least.

Terry in the flooring department, exhibited excellent customer service. This is the first time any associate has offered to load my purchase. I have stopped shopping in the garden center for the lack of customer service assistance.

I found the store to be very clean and well organized. There was an associate greeting customers as they entered the store. With the assistance of a store associate I quickly found what i came for. At checkout a cashier came out to tell me she could help me so I wouldn't have to wait in line.

As we walked into the store, the lighting was inviting. Christmas trees were already on display, making you aware of the nearness of the celebration of our Savior's birth. Nearing the kitchen and bath area, we were asked right away if we needed help, which we agreed to, after a quick visit to the restrooms. Both men and ladies' rooms were clean and well-stocked. On our return, we were able to sit right down at the desk with Ginny, Kitchen & Bath Design Consultant, who helped us through what could have been a very painful process for us. She went out of her way to make us feel more comfortable about our decisions concerning our new kitchen counter top, and found every available "deal" for us. Kudos to Ginny for her service and to Home Depot for offering quality products!

The store was clean. At least three different employees asked to assist me. Very friendly and knowledgeable Staff.

I was greeted when I came in the store and I was greeted by each associate I came in contact with. My checkout experience was made enjoyable by the cashier. Very polite and friendly.

Being able to access the mobile app for the store, and then calling a store representative was very helpful. I was able to confirm the items I needed were in stock and on the shelf before I made the drive to the store. I frequently shop at Lowe's, but in this case, the products and pricing made me choose the Homedepot. The Veterans discounts are a great perk as well.

Returned casters I had bought that wouldn't work readily in my application.....Bought alternative casters.

The associate helping me was very courteous and took me streight where I neede

Two associates were helping me as I was looking at some reconditioned lawn mowers. There was a safety guard missing on the one I wanted, which had been marked down 30%. One associate said they could mark it down to 50%, the other said they would need to ask a manager. The manager said no, I explained it was missing the back safety guard to keep your feet from sliding under the mower. I then said "so if I get my foot cut off I can sue Home Depot?" He said, "go ahead". Not a very wise or nice manager to say that. He then turned and walked away.
